They called me to confirm my information, they got everything right. They told me that since my credit score is soo low, I would have to give $764.80 as Collateral for a $8,000 loan and my payments will be $191.20 monthly. They said they were going to email me the contract and after I read it and sign it. that the money was going to be in my bank account within 24 hours. Is this real, have u guys heard of them? or is this a SCAM? I really need the money and I do have really bad credit and it seems to get worst, because Im so late on my bill payments. I cant get another job because I already have a FT job and I attend school FT aswell, another job does not fit on my schedule unless its from home. Please HELP!!!

Axa Financial is a real company but this sounds like a scam.

Never pay upfront fees for a personal loan.

If the person that you are dealing with has a generic email address (Yahoo!, gmail, Hotmail, etc.) it is a scammer.

a complete scam and you committed the biggest no no around you confirmed personal information over the phone. now they know they have live information and instead of getting money you might find yourself owing even more.

even if you get the information, you send the money they are never heard of again.

the plain truth is that there are no legitimate loans for terrible credit individuals, no matter what anyone says, without FULL collateral or a co-signor.

you would be very unwise if you gave anyone your checking account information under these circumstances.

try http://www.badcredite-loan.com They give loans to people with bad credit. I wouldn't trust axa-financial. I have never heard of them and what they are suggesting to you doesn't sound right.

Did you give them your bank information? Really bad idea. They will be emptying your bank account and you'll never see that loan.
