I know that Jehovah witnesses believe that they are the 144,000 in the Bible. And my church teahes that the Jews are the 144,00. Where do both groups come up with this answer?

here is a dangerous virus being passed electronically, orally and by hand. This virus is called Worm-Overload-Recreational-Killer (WORK). If you receive WORK from any of your colleagues, your boss or anyone else via any means DO NOT TOUCH IT. This virus will wipe out your private life completely.

If you should come into contact with WORK put your jacket on and take two good friends to the nearest bar. this is for our 10th wedding anniversary & we have never traveled out of the US before.

Hawaii, England, Germany, Italy & Australia are the places we most want to see.

Right now Australia tops out list...What is MUST DO/MUST SEE???

Any suggestions on a fabulous place would be helpful! We want to do cheesy touristy things as well as emmerce ourselves in the local stuff. It will be a once in a lifetime thing so we want to make it count!

No, Windows is not a virus. Here's what viruses do:

1.They replicate quickly - okay, Windows does that.

2.Viruses use up valuable system resources, slowing down the system as they do so - okay, Windows does that.

3.Viruses will, from time to time, trash your hard disk - okay, Windows does that too.

4.Viruses are usually carried, unknown to the user, along with valuable programs and systems. - Sigh.. Windows does that, too.

5.Viruses will occasionally make the user suspect their system is too slow (see 2) and the user will buy new hardware. - Yup, Windows does that, too.

Until now it seems Windows is a virus but there are fundamental differences: Viruses are well supported by their authors, are running on most systems, their program code is fast, compact and efficient and they tend to become more sophisticated as they mature.

So Windows is not a virus.

It's a bug.

How does this phrase phase you? If someone treats you nice, you treat them nice back? If someone treats you crappy, do you treat them badly back?
I treat people nicely, and talk nicely to people reguardless of how rude they are to me! My opinion on this is, if someone is rude to me, they are the ones having a issue not me!
So, should I treat them rudely back, if they do so to me? What's your opinion on 'Treating others the way you want to be treated'?

My hubby and I have a first mortgage, home equity loan, 2 auto loans and credit card debt. We are doing ok - but never have any extra money. We are interested in the combo loan from Countrywide - where they are combined.

I've heard that consolidation can hurt your credit. Will this do that to our credit? Since we are doing good, and just want to lower our payments into one, we don't really NEED to do this, and don't want to cause any credit damage.

Your insights please! :)

One lady told me that it's because of switching deodorants a lot, but I don't switch that much, & I still get them. I can use Dove deodorant for 6 mos. & still get the boils. Other people say it's the aluminum in it, but I don't see aluminum listed as an ingredient.

Ok, in a nutshell, heres what happened. I applied for an online course - was rejected because i didnt get the necessary pprwk to them in time. Some months later i received a letter from a collection agency, i called & paid a settlement amt that day and was assured that this would not go on my credit report.- this was in writing. Needless to day it IS on my credit report. To say that these were unfair billing pratices would be an understatement. What legal action can i take, if any?

Skeet has just asked for a weight loss update and may I say that I am flattered and touched that he pays that much attention to what I gab on about but I've done a little research into my previous questions and have found out something very nice to pass on to you.

A month ago when I asked this question, I was thrilled to announce that I had got down to 20 stones.

Well ......

I've lost another stone. I got on the scales this morning and they told me I am 19 stones.
