I have to figure out whether or not some examples comply with the constitution and i have to find what article and section some they go under.
I've got most of them, but there's one I can't find which article and section it goes under.
In the directions it says it has to be in Article I, IV, or VI or Amendment X.
"Displeased with the US Postal Service, the state legislature of Nevada has passed a law creating the Nevada Postal Service."
I already know it doesn't comply with the Constitution, but for some reason I just can't find what section. Please help! Thanks.
Could it be Article 6, The Supremacy Clause?
If not, which do you think it is?

My husband and I are desperate to adopt a little girl that we will Love and Care for. We cant have any children on our own and we know that adoption is the way for us to go. We are fun family of 2 in desperate need to extend our family!!! Most adoption agencies are ssoooo expensive. Does any one knows of little cheaper way to go with adoption??? Or maybe any one wants to give up their child for adoption??? Thank you for your help!!!!

We've only recently started talking. My friend mentioned to him he wrote on my facebook a lot, so she wondered if he liked me. He apparently looked around in a i've never thought of it way, and shook his head no. She then asked are you sure cause it seems like it, and he replied by looking around and thinking more then nodding yes. It think it was very random for him, so, I assume he hadnt thought of it, but he isn't against it, cause he didn't flat out say no. Any other opinions? Should we tell him I like him?

When I was younger I was some what promiscous. I was tested for AIDS when I found out I was pregnant and the results were negative. I calmed down a lot since the birth of my son. In later years though I've developed 2 separate cases of shingles. I'm learning that people with Aids get those. Can you just get shingles for the sake of just getting them or are they something that comes about from AIDS. I don't have any other symptoms other than shingles.

Is about to be put to sleep tomorrow... i am going with my mom, grandmom. and my dad. But the thing is , i think i may regret it.. it was my choice.. to choose if we should put her to sleep. My question is If your dog had authritis, a cancerous tumor,,, that is cancer now., obviously not enjoying getting up from naps.. colapsing during walks... even when they are short walks... ok.. would you put the dog asleep?

im a dog lover i do like cats too dont get me wrong but my finace is a cat lover he has 4 and they r out doors cats at day n he made them there own room for night and winter!! lol and im 22 and just moved in with him a year ago but befor had a place i couldnt have dogs and im trying to talk him into gettin a puppy but he wont go for it....should i just get one and hope it grows on him? even if it didnt he would deal till i found it a good home but dont wanna put a pup threw that im just so annoyed i love dogs n want a puppy so bad my dog of 10 years (shep mix) died 3 years ago he got very ill n im ready for another dog.

Two years ago i lost my job and all hell broke loose with my finance, i couldn't pay my bills anymore so my credit card got charged off, phone got cut off and a few other bills that was placed in collections. I was able to get a job in january of this year and is now trying to fix my problems, but i have no idea where to start. I called the credit card company to make payment arrangements but they said i have to pay it in full and i can't because am not working that much money. I really would like to buy a little condo so my son could have his own room and all, i now learn to drive so i would like to get a car someday also... now it's not possible with a credit score of 450. pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee somebody what can i do? help me to start clearing this thing up, am only 23yrs old and am a single mom with no family around so it's hard but am trying, i just need some good advice to steer me the right way. if anyone reading this knows of a way or things i can do please let me know thank yu

I mean, most Christians will insist it was the work of one man, Joseph Smith, and not inspired by God, and yet the books are very close in style and content, and millions have accepted it as authentic, so if the Book of Mormon can be faked by one man, why not the Bible by many men? My boyfriend is considering purchasing a diamond engagement ring he let me pick out. I was also helping him find a good price. Is it worth addding the extended service plan? It costs about $200 and with it the store will fix any problems related to the setting, sizing, or everyday damage. The ring is expensive enough, is it worth adding this price? I'm leaving for Navy boot camp and a few weeks and was told by recruiters and other people currently in the navy that I would have the opportunity to change my rating right before boot camp. Does anyone know if they allow you to change at boot camp or if this doesn't happen anymore.
