Benedict XVI says:
The peace of Christ is not the absence of conflict, but the struggle against evil (Aug 19, 2007, Castel Gandolfo, Italy)

Bible says:
Christ is the end of the law: Romans 10:4
Christ is our peace who abolished law: Eph 2:14,15
The absence of law(against us) is the absence of con-flict.

I am (grace) not come to destroy (law),
I am (grace) come to full fill (grace & truth).
Which (law/grace)things are an "allegory".

Jesus: division and not peace... bad ending of CJ
Christ: peace and not dividead...good ending of JC

Peace with God is through J-->C: the end of the law.

The GRACE of our Lord J-->C with you-->all. Amen.

I was using a cork popper on a bottle of red wine and it broke off in the cork. How can i get the cork out without ruining my bottle of wine? I've ruined one other bottle of wine when the cork broke into smaller pieces in the wine bottle ruining the taste. http://www.t-mobilepictures.com/photos/photo22/dc/8c/10754a95b5f3.jpg?_rh=9x3ou8w1u3b5qov4zcgaji36l

We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We have a huge mortgage and the 3 year old has started at a private school. My husband stays at home with the kids and with my salary we just about manage. I've always been happy for him to stay at home with the kids because I don't think I'd trust a childminder with my precious children! However - he's always complaining that the kids have either made a mess with matches or they've decorated a room with the contents of a dirty nappy or they've pulled all the coal out of the fire and covered everything... He doesn't clean up after them - he'd rather throw away the offending items! If he's tired he feeds the baby a jar or two (instead of 3 -4) and then just leaves her with milk. My mother-in-law (who has never liked me that much!) has suggested that I hire a cleaner, but firstly I can't afford it and secondly believe that whoever stays at home with the kids should be looking after the kids and the house. Any suggestions?...

"Did you get my package, I sent you a bra...because I sent your sister one, I'm sending you one too."

I'm mid 30s with a family so I wondered why it was said so adamently as if I needed the bra and wanted her confirmation that it was sent. Then she says,

"I put your graduation picture up just like I did for your sister"

Meanwhile there are 4 of us siblings all together, so if this was some sort of equality statement, why didn't she comment on sending the others something as well? Anyway, I wouldn't have even known if one got something and I didn't...and further, who cares?

My question is: What just happened here and why did that bother me?

Every winter we have an outrageous gas bill. AND I can't stand being on the budget plan and paying over $300/month in the summer months when we don't even use heat. I'm considering using a kerosene heater in main living area of the house so we don't have to turn up the gas heat so high. Are they dangerous/unsafe?

My 7 year old stepson has outsmarted his dad. He is spoiled. He doesn't throw tantrums, and is generally not a disciplinary problem. However, he usually has control over what happens in our home. Example: He eats what he wants, when he wants, even if it is bedtime. We can prepare a meal for him, or go to a restaurant, and he may, or may not eat, and then expects us to provide snacks for him at 10:30 on a school night because he is hungry. This happened last night and my husband fussed at him, but ultimately, his son got exactly what he wanted. I am concerned that my husband's parenting will affect his son's social skills, among other things as he gets older. This is a new marriage, and we have agreed that, at least for now, we will limit ourselves on how much involvement we have in parenting our step-kids (I have 3 teenagers and his son is 7) Please help me figure this one out. I can't step in and take over, but I can talk to my husband behind closed doors.

when the weather gets colder. On those days that I end up arriving late, I notice right away after my alarm rings that it's cold and the blankets are warm (btw, not married so I don't have a supportive wife to kick me out of bed) and I'm feeling groggy..then I just let these conditions overrride my body and go back to sleep again.. and of course, I then wake up again and see, to my horror, that I won't be able to catch my train on time.

How can I avoid this in the future? I think this bad habit put me under a bad light, which is partly why I don't have a good number of job references to provide, even though I'm in my mid 30s.

i work for company with multiple dsl connections. I would like to combine these dsl lines into one using a device. i know that there is a hardware that can answer the problem. Dlink DSL500 is one but it can only connect two dsl lines. If there are other easy to install/implement hardware that can accomodate 4 or more dsl lines, please help me find it. or other brand other than Dlink. a wireless capability would be better.
