"It's strange for me to say it, but this process of change has started because of the American invasion of Iraq. I was cynical about Iraq. But when I saw the Iraqi people voting three weeks ago, 8 million of them, it was the start of a new Arab world. The Syrian people, the Egyptian people, all say that something is changing. The Berlin Wall has fallen. We can see it." by Walid Jumblatt, on the Middle East situation.
Bush, just like Reagan, is a visionary. While the Left can only imagine a confusing, volatile, violence-ridden Middle East, Bush sees people clamoring for the basics of life: freedom and democracy, just as the people in East Berlin craved it.
How much do you love this headline from German's SPIEGEL magazine: "Could George W. Bush Be Right?"
Now Europe is finally catching on. France has elected a President who is quite a bit like Bush. Germany is seeing its mistakes and hopping on the bandwagon too. The remnants of Socialism in Europe are giving way to free markets.
Yes, oh yes. They owe us a huge apology. As the Spiegel article concludes, "Just a thought for Old Europe to chew on: Bush might be right, just like Reagan was then."

Europe is moving to the right because of liberals' acceptance of muslims. Most of the world still hates Bush as much as ever, including Americans. They owe no apologies. The US owes it!

If you look from the USA to Europe, you see rich cultures, people who set quality of life over quantity. People who have gone through 2500 years of intense wars and had enough. If you look from Europe to the USA, you see Canyons, Cowboys and Cars, Beaches, Barbecues and Boneheads, Obesity, an obsolete economy and wast.
In Europe, nobody really cares about the USA anymore, they just like to see the military close the bases, as they have been promising since 1989.

They were right we were wrong and every body sent back to us proves it.
France electing a President that is right wing does not negate the fact that as soon as he was elected he stated that he took the same stance on the war as his predecessor.
Had this (9/11) happened there, they would have had BinLaden strung up by now !!!

The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. It is our number one priority and we will not rest until we find him." G.W. Bush, 9/13/01
Washington Post, 9/17/01, UPI: Bush said he wants accused terrorist leader Osama bin Laden "dead or alive.” “I want justice...There's an old poster out West, as I recall, that said, 'Wanted: Dead or Alive,'"- G.W. Bush, 9/17/01, UPI
AP, 12/14/01: President Bush pledged anew Friday that Osama bin Laden will be taken "dead or alive."

Capturing OBL no longer a priority:
G.W. Bush, 3/13/02: I don't know where Bin Laden is. I have no idea and really don't care. It's not that important. It's not our priority."

Adam Smith, David Ricardo, J-B Say, Josef Schumpeter, F.A. Hayek and Milton Friedman were right and J.M. Keynes and John Kenneth Galbraith were wrong.
Bush sometimes goes against the former group's maxims too.

i think of the author of that question made the grave errors of questioning that because of the fact Jesus claimed the flexibility to forgive sins, we ought to continuously do likewise in imitation of him. of direction, Jesus accompanied that fact by ability of asking whether it became into less demanding to tell a paralytic his sins have been forgiven or to tell him to upward thrust up and walk. no longer often any individuals can declare the flexibility to do the latter, which will develop serious concerns approximately our authority to do the former. So, whether we evaluate homosexuality a sin (and not all individuals do), it is not (in maximum circumstances) in any way a sin against us, and it is not a question of forgiving it yet looking previous it to savor the completed guy or woman. that's no longer forgiveness, that's overcoming a prejudice.

You are nuts.
You sure as hell won't find any Neocons (Nazis) in power in Europe. Not now, not ever again.
Their immigration policies might be moving slightly towards the right, but not much. Their social policies, (health care, etc) will never change.

Apology for what? For EU citizens actually paying to mop up the mess in Iraq? For getting us involved in a war we did not want to to involved in? For giving a bad name to the West?
Yeah, right...not going to happen.
