key points of the plan:

--has an "individual mandate," requiring everyone to have health insurance

--builds on the existing employer-based system of coverage
offers a tax subsidy to small businesses to help them afford the cost of providing coverage to their workers

--individuals and families who are not covered by employers or whose employer-based coverage is inadequate, offer expanded versions of two existing government programs: Medicare, and the health insurance plan currently offered to federal employees. Consumers could choose between either government-run program, but no new federal bureaucracy would be created.

I don't think MJD will have a repeat of what he did last year and I feel Barber will at least match if not exceed what MJD does.

I didn't start Schaub and I think he'll be extremely up and down.

i am renting home from another owner and just foind out that he had not been making martgage payments. we found out that the home is being foreclosed and is currently in "pre-forclouse". i found the following site that had SOME information regarding the foreclosure, but still need extra help. when is this going to happena dn how much longer can i stay living here? i by no means have the money to get up and move right now, but seem to have no choice! am i going to be homeless?? what is the timeline? when must i go? will i receive notice? My 11 year old daughter just started Middle School. She came home last week crying, that on the bus 2 girls held her down by her neck under a seat while a 3rd girl went through her backpack and stole almost all of her school supplies. Of course, she didn't now the girls names so when I called the school they informed me that without first and last names there wasn't much they could do about it.

The bus system is run by a private company, so I contacted them and filed an incident report. The bus company sent a supervisor out the next day so my daughter could point out the girls. Of course they denied everything but a report WAS filed.

Same thing next day, the girls were threatening her...that they were going to punch her, etc. I called the police and they talked to all of them, but the girls filed a report of threats against my daughter.

I have went through all channels, is it wrong for me to tell her to defend herself if she has to?
school seems to think it's not a big deal.

I'm in desperate need of help. My issue is that it doesn't seem like my credit card debt is going anywhere. I can't afford to pay much more than I am each month and it's always more than the minimum. I have applied for the consolidation loans and they all tell me that they can't approve it because I have too much debt. And that if I get my debt down then they could give me the loan. This sounds ridiculous to me because if I could get my debt down I wouldn't need the loan. The credit cards that I apply for to do a balance transfer never give me a high enough limit to transfer all of the debt. It's about 12,000 between 3 credit cards. Does anyone understand what I'm going through and can anyone give me real advice on how to fix the problem? Note: I do expect those worthless people to give me advice like stop spending or something just as useless. I kindly ask you not to waste my time or yours. Thank you to everyone else who really can give some advice that actually help my situtation.:)

okay my cat had 4 kittens there 2 weeks old now today i noticed that there was a bump it was the same color of the skin but felt well sort of like i cant describe it it wasnt rough but sort of smooth ... i could probobaly bust it but i wont cause i dont know what it is !? its pretty big i mean not big big but big for a kittens head .. its on its head in the middle of the head im worried .... ? what could it be ?
