I think you should. I also think you should see yourself in the same positive way. How attractive can we be to others if we are ashamed of ourselves? Why not think positive and have fun?

I think society with a mixture of personal views have left me mentally a bit lost!

I fear marriage because i fear eventually i will want a divorce because i am a quitter and would happily walk out when the going gets tough. I fear divorce because i'm watching men around me have their lives torn apart...financially! To work for so much by yourself and then get screwed over, i heard one comedian call it "expensive prostitution"

Then people always say, well you dont have to get married you can be a partnership whatever, but i personally believe when i do have kids i want to be married, and if i said to my girl, i dont want to be married (because of the reasons above) that hardly shows i love her. Kind of undermines her etc etc. I have hurt my girl before and walked out (more than once) maybe that has an effect on me thinking well if i get married i might walk out again. But i keep going back because i love this person.

Only this situation hasnt just occured with this one person.

I often hear people refer to scientists in very general statements such as "Scientist believe..." or "Scientists dicovered that...". I would like to know if there is a national science board or something similar, where I can read about new discoveries and advances without getting conflicting stories. I often hear of something that "scientists" discovered and all of the sudden these creationists start poping up to refute the claim. Pretty soon it becomes impossible to find the original discovery.

My main interests are in the forming of the universe, fossil evolution, and DNA advances. If anyone knows of any good scientific accredited sites where I wont hear "god did it" mumbo jumbo I would love to hear about them, thanks!

Why do so many people on R&S seem to have trouble using the spell-checker? Are they really that uneducated or just plain lazy? I think if you were trying to convert somebody you'd want to seem like you had half a brain.

I am better understanding the parables now. But is he talking in parables in mark 9:43-48? God sent adam and eve back to the dust, so why does jesus talk of a fire that cant be put out. I see some symbolism to it but would like to know what you think. Also what do you get out of 9:49,50?

okay so november of last year my dad told us (me my bro and mom) told us he had an affair. ok so they're divorced like most ppl rite? wrong. He came home for abt 4 months. My mom was leaving me (12 at the time) home alone on Saturdays from abt 7 am to 10 or 11 at nite. My brother had so much anger that he was never home either. and then we found out he started seeing "her" again. He got an apt and OMG my mom was such a suck up. she was calling him all the time and blah blah blah. THEN he was STILL seeing her and my mom wantied to "work on things" so he came home for a week and left AGAIN. now he is living with "her" My mom found out he took out a $20,000 loan with half her income to buy "her" a harley. My mom says she's gonna leave him but when ever she sees him she melts into him and acts like i dont matter. When ever i trry to talk to her she says "just leave me alone, this is none of your buisness!" I dont know what to do and i cant sit here and let her hurt me and my bro (18)help!

k i have mice and roaches there is something called black and decker electronic pest repeller that you plug into the wall and it is suppose to rid of mice and roaches by producing this high in frequency sound. but its not working . they walk on top of and around that thing like it aint even there!! besides the regular mice poison and and mouse traps what else is good? its soo gross

the other day im coming into my apartment and when opening the door i roach falls on my head and slides down in between my glasses and unto the floor! the following morning a ******* mice runs across my back when im sleeping!! i am terrified of theses stuff i cant even kill them
please help i can't eat in this house because i feel soo gross out like i dont know if it has been touched by a mouse or a roach. everywhere i turn there is mouse droppings and that makes it hard to eat too!! i am clean but nothing is working!! i do not live alone i live with 2 siblings and my mother.
