basically i love boston and truly want to go to school there. What are my chances for getting into a school there?
i go to a catholic high school in upstate ny and have taken all honors courses freshman and sophmore year and taken 2 ap courses junior year with other honors courses and 2 ap courses senior year with other honors courses such as calc II

rank 10/153
i have a 2020 sat (690 math/680 writing/650 reading)
gpa of 3.84 with a curve/ 3.68 without
varsity lacrosse for soph/junior/senior year
dance for 4 years
pro life club junior/senior year
model un senior year
hospital volunteer junior/senior year
senior class vice president
summer camp counselor for 4 straight years
various volunteer work such as parents night, 5k run, teacher's assistant, summer camp cit, made blankets for babies in need, raised money for single mothers, etc.

if you can give me any feedback about my chances of getting in or any suggestions to increase my chances it would be greatly appreciated

Hey, I'm going to Las vegas in October and we are having a rough time finding a hotel. The Excalibur is an old hotel, but the website says that the rooms have been updated. Have any of you stayed in the Excalibur since the update? I need to know if it is really nice. If you can give me some details on the updates and the quality, then I would surely appreciate it. I don't want to stay in a crappy hotel. Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking to give a best answer here. Thanks in advance.

...On SNL just a couple o' years back? When she was busted lip syncing on live tv. (though it seems that's no big deal to today's kids)

Now all we've got this big, dumb Britney "comeback" , a host of generic scene bands & "Idol".

Is it only me, or does it seem the vast majority (whoever they are) are sitting back & happily accepting musical mediocrity?

Remember that young girl who started that Stop Ashlee Simpson campaign? I was So damn proud of her! I DEF' signed that petition! Even emailed & chatted w/ her for a bit in support. That Haven't seen much of ol' Ashlee since, have we?

It is So damn tempting to get another similar movement afoot for the current crap out now.

I know there's plenty out there who feel the same way....or am I in the minority?

My husband adopted a helpless stray male kitten five mths ago which Im terrified of,especially when the cat becomes active.We usually put him in cage.Everyday we will let him out of the cage and play with him for a while.I know this is not right and cruel to place him in the cage.I would very much like to keep him coz I love my kitty now but Im still feeling nervous when my furry friend roams about in the house afraid to be pounced by him.Please help....

A blonde, a brunette and a redhead are stranded on a desert island. The brunette figured its about 20miles from the mainland i think i can swim that, the others encourage her and tell her to send help if she gets there. After swimming half way the brunette realises she cant go any further, gives up and drowns.
After several days the redhead wondering how the other girl got on thinks that she is a better swimmer anyway so sets off to the mainland, after getting 3/4 of the way, exhausted and cold she realises she cant get any further and gives up and drowns.
The blond now on the island for 5 day with no sign of help decides her only option is to swim for help she sets off swimming, with only 1mile to go and the mainland in site she realises she cant go any further and promptly turns back!!

This one made me chuckle

My computer is doing some really weird stuff. I'm about ready to throw it out the window

*It's running slow....i mean bad slow. I have to stop and wait to see what i've typed

*Pop ups are about to drive me crazy

*It's always wanting to send an error report on every program i run, including internet explorer

*When i try to access my spyware program it shuts down and restarts

*When it starts up it comes to a screen where it says: you're new client name _____

I don't know what's going on with it, but i would really appreciate any help anyone can give me on what to do with it.
