Is it your natuaral frame?Do you eat more to gain weight or do you eat less to gain weight?

Im comfuse because when i watch boxing,kick boxing or martial arts I see fighters try to lose weight.Your weight can be your bone structure,fat,or muscles.Most of the time i see them trying to lose weight and some are fat like bobb sapp and buterbea.Could some one who is a coach in that stuff or a fighter who competes explain to me how it works?

I have two leopard tortoises, one male, one female. They have just come out of hibernation and have started to nibble.

The female is a machine but the male who only comes to life when he wants to mate doesnt want to eat. I feed them lettuce, tamatoes, cucumber, bread and water melon.

What must I do and what foods can I give them to improve their nutrition?

my parents were too lazy to get their own account thing...so they told me to ask this. there's mold on one wall in the guest room, between the wall and the paint. and it is causing the paint to look all bubbly. and its pretty nasty. how do you get rid of it???

I dont know alot about classical music but I really like the loud and powerfull parts, especially with the brass and lows. Does any one have any recomendations for songs or composers that have more of that?

It feels kind of rubbery... recently it was the right knee but increasingly its the right.... it keeps giving out and it's really painful at the sides..... it hurts most when I walk up and down stairs and when I kneel or bend my knees.
I don't think its arthritis as I'm only in my teens.... any suggestions on what it might be?

I work and get a W-2 at the end of the year, so I need to know what to keep and file for my taxes... I also do a side jobe of a MLM company, and need to keep those items seperate for filling a 1099 at the end of the year. --Also my hubby is a 1099 only for his work, and need to organize his stuff.
So I'm looking for a break down of catagories to keep everything organized, so when we go to file our taxes everything is allready to go...

okay here's the deal: im in love with this beautiful girl who means a lot to me. we went out for a few dates, ate dinner, went to movies. we talk all the time. she's always saying how much she loves me, but whenever i ask her out anymore, she says no. she insists it has nothing to do with me, but im starting to suspect it is. what should i do??

One less... maybe, maybe not.

What if it makes TWO MORE with birth defects.

What if it makes some women sterile.

Its so new but being pushed on such young women and the benefits IMHO hyped...

4 out of 104 will give women the false safe feeling and wont get checked regular either...

I'm never full up when I eat a meal...I mean I can eat and my belly is not full..but I dont really like have seconds or more of the food...because i'm fed up of the taste or sumthing like that...but I never seem to be full even when I eat a meal i'm still hungry but I just dont want more.....

Anyone have this experience or know what's up??
