If you go in a plane and the air pressure is reduced a little bit in the cabin, or when driving in the mountains. You can feel it in your ears, they feel a little bit like popping.
Also the weather is caused by pressure, or difference in pressure. That can be seen as wind blows from high pressure areas to low pressure areas.
Actually we don't feel air pressure directly. We are evolved on earth under the same pressure all the time since our ancestors came out if the water. We only feel it if the pressure would change. If the pressure would increase instantly, we would all feel like being pushed upon all over our bodies, like you'd go deep sea diving. If the pressure would reduce, we'd pretty much expand. As all of our physical systems (blood, organs) only work within certain pressure ranges, their function would be disturbed, and eventually we'd die. Let's hope nothing will ever wipe out our atmosphere.
