I am failed financially and about to seek protection under the bankruptcy law. I run up credit card bills while being married to my to-be-ex-wife, but I don’t want her to be responsible for my failure. Should I file BK before or after divorce is finalized? How can I be sure my creditors wont go after my ex-wife just because we were married when I over-extended myself? Also, I’d like to be sure that her credit wont be killed because of me. Thanks.

well i watch this kid mon wed & fri,20 total hrs for $50 a week. my low price is my catch u kno like it's how i get more attention. so they r the reason i issued a 48 hr notice policy. if u couldn't come i got 48 hrs notice then no charge 4 the day, otherwise it was still reg price. @ first i didn't think i would need such a policy but i got tired of the 3 days n a row being called @ 950 when they were supposed 2 have her here between 930-10. well last week they couldn't pay me cuz the dad hadn't got paid yet so i let it go & they paid me the next wed. so this week they can't pay again & asked 2 hold off till next fri. normally np but my hubbie got a lousy check so we need it. i feel bad cuz they're n the same boat my fam is in the cash area but i also kno they aren't helpin me but i'm tryin 2 help them. so do i tell them i can't watch her till they pay me? & should i talk 2 them & tell them 2 find some1 new on an hourly basis so they don't waste my or some1 elses time & their $$?

I know I posted this already, but I need more answers then what I'm getting - and not so many answers about seeking professional help, but more answers from people who have gone through the same thing, and can tell me how to deal with it. ok....so I have this HUGE problem with anxiety. I can't even go and order something from a fast food place or anything like that, and I am too afraid to apply for a job because I'm terrified of making a mistake in front of everyone. And when I walk in public, my anxiety gets so bad that I find it hard to even walk. I get dizzy when I walk in public, and it's like my legs want to freeze up or something. I feel almost paralyzed when that happens, and I seem to walk really tense from what my dad says. Does anyone else know where I'm coming from, or know a friend/family member with the same problem? If so, could you please give me some advice?! I would love to talk to someone who is/has gone through what I am going through - Jessie_Masson@hotmail.com

I heard some of these cars came with a rear anti sway bar? if im not mistaken the magnum(78,79) 300 and charger(77) was from that era came with this as an option can I get one from one of these cars and bolt it on? and what exactly does it bolt on too? I also have dual flowmasters running straight back over but bent over my rear axle will this get in the way of the sway bar install?

According to the number of credits I have, I have just entered my senior year in undergraduate schooling. I may actually end up having to complete an additional half year though because I changed my major and transfered schools after my first semester. Therefore, those classes did not pertain to my actual major and I might need a few more courses to complete all the requirements. Now I am also wondering if I should take an additional semester on top of all of that and retake the 3 classes that I scored less than a C+. I currently have a 3.07 gpa, but that is a far cry from where I'd like to be and looking over the website for the University of Minnesota's cognitive and biological psychology program, I think these grades of C+, C, and C might hurt me. What would you do? Is it a good idea to retake these classes?
