I try to count them but there are so many of them When I say my nightly prayers, I always remember to tell God that I thank Him for all of the blessings that He has bestowed upon my family. :o)

Oh, yes..!
Specially in the no so good times...
Sometimes we drown into our own selfishness and pity, not realizing that all we need is around us...
Sit down, relax, close your eyes and imagine everything we have, counting our blessings while listening to wonderful Satchmo (Louis Armstrong) singing "What A Wonderful World"...
Do it, it would be a most wonderful experience...

Not as often as I should- I let the negative take over at times- but work really hard to get back to being grateful and happy about all the wonderul blessings in my life.

Yes. It helps me to keep my sanity in what seems like a life full of obstacles. Thankfully my blessings outweigh my "challenges".

Absolutely and I have to, in order to keep Strong through these rough times.
If I were only to focus on the negative and not pray etc, or even know my Lord,who drew me to Him, by His grace,
I don't think I'd be around to answer your Q.
