i used to drink 2% but my college doesn't have it so i drink whole milk now but i've heard it's fatty

Try 1% or skim milk. Whole milk has a whopping 8 grams of fat per cup..and is higher is cholesterol too.

I drank whole milk with both of my boys, the first one had no problems at all the second was born with a milk protien allergy which the Dr says could have come from drinking too much milk but he didn't say too much whole milk so I don't know. If I get pregnant again I still plan to drink whole milk.

If you drink more milk, you better spend your time for working out.

there are a lot worse things out there than whole milk
I drink only whole milk & I am not fat
unless you are drinking very large amounts it wont really amount to much

whole milk is having maximum fat. u must drink milk everyday, but if it is whole milk drink half of what u drink normally.

it is SUPER fatty try skim milk or if they don't have any you are better of drinking plain water or powder milk
