Okay so im 16 years old. im trying to lose some extra weight and get in shape. im very active right now. i excercise about an average of 45 to an hour an a half 6 days a week. but when i start my job, which is going to be working as a cook , and i'll also clean. im scared i'll eat the high calorie, fried, and sweet food. i love sweets and fried food especially. right now i have 1 free day a week which is on a saturday, and its working out pretty good. I WANT TO KNOW- how to not gain weight and infact lose weight at my new job. i'll be working there 2 days during the week. so thats 5 hours, 4pm to 9pm, and then on a saturday. how will i do this? i get up at 5:30 leave for school at 7, and then i'd get off of school at 3:30, work at 4pm to 9pm , get home around 9:30 and go to bed at 10 if nothing gets in the way. how am i supposed to keep up my excercising, and how am i supposed to not gain weight? PLEASE HELP ME! THANK YOU!
