Okay, there's this gal that I like and have told her how I felt last year, but she said she just want to be friends. But, some time, she shows more interests, There’s this guy who likes her too and today:
I saw her talking to him along the hallway, perhaps the bowl plan that he and pals had planned. That guy had a 'smiling mask' and she replies his smile too.
It was cancelled though. She once rejected their bowling offer, but they made another try, and I heard that initially, she was doubtful, but somehow one of her friends agreed. But, she was like trying to evade them sometimes. And sometimes she doesn't want to be with them and doesn't want to entertain their conversations. This guy's friend is attempting to help the guy to get her, and hence keeps referring him to 'her b,f." but she always denied. In the past, she used to do such things - talking to him - but it has ceased in these few months. Is it possible that she just sees him as a friend? She is more shy with me though and sometimes show interests, and sometimes teases me, and she's also really kind towards me, helps me a lot. I'm more shy, and can't start a good convo. But the boys always bug her and she doesn't make an attempt to be with him, although she would respond to the conversation he made and replies the smile. But actually he is a jerk pretending to be a nice person. But, the way she talks to him is like rather a bit ermm... I don't know different, a bit insecure or what?

Do I have hopes to be with her? I'm afraid next week he will be even more 'serious' in approaching her! I gotta do something - oh yeah I never asked her out... Does it really mean she likes him?

I live in a very old house that has thick floor boards to the basement then very thick plank wood on that, then luon board and linoleum had been placed over that.

I recently had new cabinets installed in my kitchen. The contractor cut out the linoleum, luon board and 1/2" plywood then shimmied the cabinets up 3/4th inch for tile to be installed afterwards.

A tile contractor came to my house after and stated that the cabinets need to be raised another inch to fit ¾ inch plywood down and 1 inch for the tile and other material.

Does anyone have another suggestion of how to lay a tile floor without moving the cabinets?

Can tile be laid directly on the plank flooring leveling it with the material used to set the flooring?

Can we just put down ¼ inch plywood to create a level surface? This contractor said the tile will crack, but my house is 150 years old, I think it has done all of its settling.

preaching on contraversial subjects anymore (most of them anyways) such as adultry, abortion, homosexuality, fornication lieing ect? I haven't heard a service preached on these in years. I don't understand why they think they can pick and choose and not preach on the things that might offend some. Who are we going to hear these things from if they don't preach it? If God called them into the ministry don't you think He exspects them to preach all of His word not just the I won't step on any toes subjects? There is a reason that things were devinely put into the text of the bible... Do you realize how many Christians do not even read the bible and unless the preacher tells them they have no ideal what is even written in there. They need to know for thereself yes, but if they don't isn't it the responsiblity of the pastor to tell them in sermons? I mean there is some responsiblity held by pastors isn't there?

An old man went to the social security office to sign up.
He had stood in the line for a very long time until it was finally his turn. The lady behind the counter ask him for identification. He went to get his wallet out of his back pocket and relized he had left it at home. The lady told him that was alright he could just show her his chest hairs and if they were grey she knew he was old enough for social security.

After everything was done there he went home and told his wife how his day went. He told her that he had forgotten his wallet at home and the lady at the social security office just ask him to pull down the front of his shirt and she could tell he was old enough.

After listening to his story his wife told him if he had dropped his pants he probably could have gotten disability too.

If a person must choose of their own free will to accept Christ (as Christians have told me, see my earlier question), surely the person who was brainwashed into Christianity at an early age and had no choice in the matter is no more likely to become saved than the person who is forced to become Christian at gunpoint?

Shouldn't Christian parents therefore not raise their children into the religion but let them make their own choice when they are old enough?

If you were to ask, "Do you sell red wine?"

I don't understand, it, to me it seem like such a waste of usable space, for nature or for industry. I mean Have you looked at the size of some graveyards and what could be put there instead.

I see nothing wrong with having a wake and funeral sessions, but why bury the body, why not after the session, cremate it, and put it in a beautiful vase or jar. Its economical and saves space.

Thing of the price you are paying for a coffin, thousands and thousands of dollars, for something that is going to go into the ground and and eventually degrade.

I mean its like flushing money down the drain.

Okay I know Trish Stratus is supposedly the greatest womans champ of all time but I disagree. I just don't understand why she was the one who got to have the record for title runs when people like Lita, Molly Holly, Victoria, Ivory and many more are much better than her. Her only real purpose was to be in romance storylines with 500 diffrent wrestlers. Am I the only one whos feels this way.( I think I am)
