Okay I know Trish Stratus is supposedly the greatest womans champ of all time but I disagree. I just don't understand why she was the one who got to have the record for title runs when people like Lita, Molly Holly, Victoria, Ivory and many more are much better than her. Her only real purpose was to be in romance storylines with 500 diffrent wrestlers. Am I the only one whos feels this way.( I think I am)

trish was definatley not the best, if it wasnt for all of litas neck injuries , lita would have had the record no doubt
if you watch any match of trish, her opponent carries her the whole match, then she does 1 or 2 moves at the end and wins
the best divas in the last 10 years are (in no order)

tori ( not wilson)

mickie james ( way better than trish ever was)

molly
chyna
trish ( not the best but still good)
i hope they give the title to mickie now, seems they cant give it to victoria seems they put her in smackdown for some stupid reason.
i would have love to see moolah ( in her prime ) vs trish

I do agree with you on almost everything regarding Trish Stratus (especially the romance angles). She is somewhat overrated at times, but look at this perspective:
-Out of all the divas at the time, she was usually the most popular and most over (Stacy and Torrie were somewhat, but they couldn't wrestle). She also had the "perfect" image of beauty and skill, which is what the WWF/E wanted at the time.
-The WWF/E possibly felt that she had more will to improve in her wrestling, ever since she was placed in that dragged out storyline with Triple H, the McMahons, and Kurt Angle. Obviously she wanted to be more than just a swimsuit model after that storyline.
-Lita is good, but sloppy at times, and she had some really bad injuries before she had her storyline with Edge and Matt Hardy
-Ivory is good, but image is her main issue: it's just not ideal for a champion (plus she was getting older)
-Victoria is good but never gets pushed. Molly was pushed a lot as a heel, but the hair being cut ruined her IMO and turned her into a joke

How can you say that? Trish is the best of all time because her and Lita changed the entire concept of divas wrestling. Without Trish the divas division would be nothing more than a poor mans playboy issue. Trish got people excited about diva wrestling and she worked hard to become better than the others. Trish is the greatest of all-time and Lita is no question the close second. Plus how could you not love Trish's last match when she made Lita submit to the Sharpshooter!!

Yes, you are the only one...Trish Stratus was a pretty good wrestler...and not to mention, she wasn't there for romantic storylines...She was eye candy like most of the other "divas", and that obviously boosted the male viewers...She was hot...That was good enough for me...and she was obviously the most popular diva when she was around...The "girl next door" diva...

i liked trish and i hope she comes back.she was a great wrestler.and hopefully mickie james can keep doing trishes moves again.trish and mickie was a good team together. and she didnt go with 500 wrestlers either.

And just to let you know, they are called "STORYLINES" and she was in them because Vince McMahon wanted to, not because she wanted to be in a romance!!

I agree with you 100%!
It took trish so long to even become a semi-good wrestler (she wasnt even that great). i think molly holly should hold the record, she was my favorite diva of all time.
