My dad and I have drifted apart dramatically since he started dating his new girlfriend. I have not seen him since Christmas and have not talked to him in over 2 months. My mom says I should have a song just in case, but I honestly do not want to see his face. So....it the spirit of keeping things cool, what song would be best for a dance I want over as soon as possible, that's fun (so I can actually enjoy myself), and has nothing to do with a father's love, inspiration, or other crap.

I'm really really self-conscious and its just i dunno. Theres some girls in school and they call me ginga-ninja i really hate that. What can I do to make me more confident?

I am a College student and my boss said he is going to look into my school record to see what classes I am currently enrolled in. Can my boss go into my school records and see what classes I am currently taking w/o break law if he does not have my permission? It's kind of urgent so any advice would be helpful thanks.

I've heard that when you go into labor, and you are in the pushing stage, that a majority of women "poop" while this goes on. Does this really happen to most women? This is my first child, and im 5 months pregnant... but i would rather go through the pain of a C-Section, then poop in front of everyone. This may sound immature, but come on people!

If you knew someone and knew they were getting married but you didn't get invited, you wouldn't go up to them and ask where your invitation was, would you?!?! This happened to a good friend of mine at her workplace. Another girl heard people talking about getting invited and she hadn't received her invitation, so she asked my friend where it was. The two of them aren't even friends. How and why could she do that to my friend?

An inebriated drinker says to the bartender (with drunken slur), "Bartender, buy everyone in the house a drink, pour yourself one, and give me the bill."

So the bartender does just that and hands the man a bill for £37.00. The drunk says, "I haven't got it." The bartender slaps the guy around a ew times, then throws him out into the street.

The very next day, the same drunk walks into the bar and once again says (with drunken slur) "Bartender, but everyone in the house a drink, pour one for yourself, and give me the bill."

The bartender looks at the guy and figures to himself that he can't possibly be stupid enough to pull the same trick twice, so he gives him the benefit of the doubt, pour a round of drinks for the house, has one himself, and hands the drunk a bill for £35.46.

The drunk says, "I haven't got it"

The bartender can't believe it, so he picks the guy up, beats the living daylights out of him, and throws him out onto the street.

The next day the same drunk walks back into the same bar and says, (with a drunken slur) "Bartender, buy everyone in the house a drink, give me the bill."

In disgust, the bartender says, "What, no drink for me this time?"

The drunk replies, "No, you get violent when you drink."

We have a bulldog and have been finding all of these really great apartments w/ large decks for her but noone accepts a bulldog. They don't even give the opportunity to meet to check temperment. Is there another breed she can pass for?

i have a really tame 13 week old lion head rabitt but she has started jumping up on my lap and having a good old dig and then nipping ...why is she doing this ..this is the 1st rabitt i have kept and dont want to make har nervous of human attention so am ignoring it until i know how to properly deal with it ....thanks for any help

I have recently been finding a large number ants on my kitchen counter. My apartment is clean, and I've never had any sort of insect problem before. I believe that the apartment below mine is likely to blame, especially since the ants seem to be coming up through the walls.

Anyway. I have been dealing with these ants by dousing them with dish liquid or multi-surface windex, and wiping down the surface attracting the ants.

This strategy has not been at all effective. They continue to return to the same areas that are undoubtedly clean, at this point.

All of my cleansers happen to be lemon or orange-scented. Am I doing more harm than good by cleaning with food-scented soaps? Is there any way that ants' senses are somehow fooled by these synthetic scents, even though humans would certainly never find them appetizing?

My husband and i have never had a honeymoon and we have been married for almost 4 years. My husband has been deployed and is not ordered to return until next June. By the time that month rolls around we will have been apart for a whole year. When he comes home i want to do something, just the two of us. Unexpensive but fun and romantic for the both of us. last week my MIL and i got into an argument. me and her do not get along at all. she hates me and my daughter (from previous relationship). she says she hates me cause i lied to her. me and my husband are seperated at the moment for certain issues , but thankfully we are working things out. i was suppose to move back into my home last month, but my husband did not pay the rent, to get back at me for leaving, so we got evicted, there for i had no place to go. i told my MIL that i was moving back and having the baby over there back in June. (i moved 7 hours away after the seperation)
okay i lost my home there for i had no place to live so me and my husband decided that i stay here and he would move over here. when i tried to explain that to my MIL she said that wasnt her problem and the fact was that i lied to her and she will hate me for it.
Well during this fight she told me that it was my fault that i got pregnant ( you know since only women are involved in conceiving)...CONT..
