MS is a neuromuscular disorder that is caused by the erosion or the protective layer of the nerve fibers of the brain and spinal cord ( the myelin sheath that covers nerve endings) become weakened or porous. For whatever reason (s ), these protective layers begin to deteriorate, which, in turn, produces the symptoms of MS. Your questions are kind of all over the place. Jaw syndrome? Could you be referring to TMJ(tempro-mandibular joint) syndrome. Pain in the jaw, ears, neck, upper back can by symptoms. Generally the cause is grinding your teeth while you sleep(bruxism), brought on by stress. Try a night guard--custom from your dentist, or from a discount store or pharmacy(Walgreen's). Try oral analgesics(ibuprofen), warm compresses and and a soft diet to manage discomfort.

there is a thing you get in your jaw called TMJ that can make it very sore and it can lock in place either open or shut .
