I just saw a fascinating show the other day about Global Dimming, the phenomenon that occured when we were pumping "DIRTY" smoke into the air from our powerplants and cars before catalitic converters and cleaners to reduce polution. The effect of this smoke was a COOLING effect, but it also caused acid rain, and serious health problems.

What the show pointed out was that the reason warming has really sped up in the past 30 years is because of all the steps we have taken to clean up air polution. This cleaning does nothing to the CO2 produced, so the warming started.

Couldn't we develop a safe additive for powerplants that has the same dimming effect as the polution from years ago but doesn't cause acid rain and health problems?

My girl she got horse teeth and she pray God, God please send me manna so I no fell ugly no more. To me she is beutifal but she have no confidence and no like her self. The only way she get teeth fixsed is with money but no I nor family can afford it. I no like asking Jesus for money but she hate her teeth so mucht. She tryed counceling and stuff but no avale.

She so pritty inside and fell so awful outside. What we do? We no ask Jesus for money is wrong thing but we no figure out how else to do it. Job do not pay enough. Thank you.

Tonight my sugar soared after using my albuterol inhaler for my asthma. I asked a doctor, a registered nurse, a physician's assistant and a pharmacist and they all insisted my eleveted levels were NOT from the inhaler, however when I researched this online I learned that albuterol CAN in fact elevate blood glucose. Has anyone else noticed higher levels after using albuterol?


I will discuss this with my diabetes specialist... until then I am looking for others who may have experienced this.

when they are anywhere from 2 to 5 years old. I'm doing them in black and white (timeless)..... and posting them scattered on a large wall... I want to make it artsy dramatic... I don't want to frame them, but just put it on the plak -it board. Not sure on size...I can go anywhere from 16 to 20 inches squared, without going to crazy large... they are all headshots that would cover the entire square inch of whatever size I choose... what do you think would be a good size...? Or if you have any other tips on how to arrange them up there or anything other tip?

I have 3 ac's. all 5000 btu. in the bedroom, computer room and living room.
I unplugged one the other day and saw the plug had gotten so hot it melted a blackened hole into the socket. I unplugged the other two and the same thing.
Obviously the cords are getting too hot. I cant live without AC. I know I need ot replace the plugs but how can I stop this from happening?

I'm a superstitious person. One time i spilled salt and got in trouble for throwing salt over my shoulder and getting salt on the floor. I can see the future, but don't make fun of me. I belive that people can see their own future but can't see other people's futures.

I just purchased a Chihuahua puppy. She was reasonable priced, and I saw her parents. She didn't come with papers, which is fine, because I am not interested in breeding. The only concern that I have is that she has no tail. The lady I bought her from said that she was born that way, and the rest of the litter DID have tails . I saw them. Not that it matters, because she's mine now regaurdless, but I wonder what the standard is for Chihuahuas and their tails!
