I'm a superstitious person. One time i spilled salt and got in trouble for throwing salt over my shoulder and getting salt on the floor. I can see the future, but don't make fun of me. I belive that people can see their own future but can't see other people's futures.

I am sleeping when i *see* the future. Sometimes they come true somethimes they don't. Also, I am supersticious because im soo lucky. I went to horse racing and chose the winning horse 5/6 times

I have seen into the future before too. I have had futuristic dreams and many of my dreams have came true. I definately believe in superstition.

Personally, i'm not supersitious, and I dont really let anything overcome my life. I know some people that are superstitious, and I respect that.
I do believe that you can see your future, maybe glimpses that come in your dreams or just anytime during the day. Some people I know can see the dead.
As for me, I do not have to deal with any of those problems.

Superstitions come into popularity over generations and for the most part can be said to have earned their credibility empirically.
On the other, it is sometimes "to see is to make it so." However, for the most part the future is malleable and in the very knowing you may taint beyond what you see for the close future by reacting to early or at all.

Ya, I do that sometimes to (see my future). I used to think that it was deja vu. But in my psychology class I had to look up deja vu and precognition. Deja vu is when you only feel that you've been there before. Precognition is when you've actually seen it happen. I'm precognitive and it sounds like you are too. It only happens once in a while though. But I don't do the salt thing. I'm not superstitious like that.

Not really. Still I won't walk under a ladder, open an umbrella indoors and I,too, throw a pinch of salt over my shoulder if I have spilled some. Figure it can't hurt.

nope - i am not superstitious because all those superstitions are things someone else made up and i'm not going to live my life by someone else's rules. plus it doesn't make sense because those things change based on the country or culture you are in. so how can it be that in the u.s. one thing is "lucky" and in another country it is "unlucky"

i think all people can see the future, in their dreams, in what they're going to do that day or tomorrow... like next week im going to a meeting, it's true! but really... i don't believe in such superstition like, dropping salt or black cats (have one) or breaking glass... or anything silly like that... but what i do believe is that, if you believe it, it'll happen.

The Greek word we get the word superstition from means religion... Religion is religion, good or bad, you must believe it exists, even if you don't believe the tenets.
