Well, you actually can, but you shouldn't. not here at least.
Why? Because this is not the place for it. This is a page for those with questions that need an answer, and putting comments and wishes of happiness for Ramadan or otherwise defeats the purpose of yahoo answers.
There are other places online to put your wishes of a Ramadan Mubarak, such as personal pages and blogs.
Remember, sister, that Islam has always implored us to do things in their suitable time and place. Example: Although kissing your wife in public is Makruh, if not forbidden, doing so in the sanctity of your house grants you Hasanah.
Also, did you think about the millions of people who read your question but did not wish you a Ramadan Mubarak back? Since replying to Salams or Wishes is obligatory in Islam, How many people did you cause to sin?

Al salam Alaykom. I also posted a similar question wishing all Musims Ramadan Mubarak and I got it deleted. I think it is one christian person deleting our questions. Lets pray God shows him/her the right way and how to love people and tolerate their beliefs
