Can you think of an accident where it is not possible for an accident to be broken down where it goes down to it being caused by somebodies negligence?

Example of one that can be broken down is somebody accidentaly walks into someone else could have been avoided if they had been watching where they were walking.

we are doing a seniors on safety event and we need a fire fighter to come talk to the seniors about what to do in case of a tornado, how to prevent fire etc. we already have the police department available but the fire department has been turning us down from the beguining the event is in kansas city at a senior community do you have any suggestions on what we should do? who do we need to call?

Alright first of all I am 8 weeks and 4 days along! First question is....is it alright to have morning sickness come one day and then the next be nautious but not throwing up? Second question...is it ok that my back aches...this isn't a sign of miscarriage is it? I read a lot of questions and don't really know what to believe. This is my first pregnancy and all of this is very new to me. I just want to feel better that I am not going to have a miscarriage. I don't have any bleeding or severe cramping. Just pressure in my adomine and feel things pulling. Thanks for all your answers!

I love tea I drink pretty much every type but I absolutely love green tea. My question is.. when I make a cup of tea I just keep the tea bag in there the whole time I don't take it out after it is done brewing. Is this bad, pointless or what? Lol.

Honostly. I have 34 As. I only hate them sometimes, other times I am happy to have a great figure despite my small breast size. Im not flat, I have boobs, but they are small compared to what many people consider beautiful. People will sometimes point out my small cheast, even friends, and it hurts ALOT when they do. Its like they are saying "haha, you have small boobs and I dont, I am better than you" The only person who doesnt make fun of my breasts, instead she likes them, is my friend who is a DD.

Anyway, Guys, Girls, are small breasts, As, really that unappealing? Does it make you look at a girl and think that she is now much less beautiful than before because of her small breasts? What can I say to people who enjoy pointing out my small breasts? Its just been breaking my heart lately...

Im so embarassed because Im visiting my sister in Phoenix Arizona she lives with her mother and father in law...And me and her went out to eat and her mother in law watched the kids...I drank some bacardi and got sloppy drunk...Now im so embarassed because I started crying and acting stupid..now my eyes are swollen almost shut...I look like hell..I passed out in my panties on the couch..Give me some encouragment please.....I never want to show my face again...

"Equus" is coming to Broadway, according to the paper. Would you go to NYC just to see Harry Potter naked?

And is "Equus" really that great of a play? Or is it just the idea of seeing a naked teenager, celebrity or otherwise, and everyone just pretends it's about the play and the performances?

As I was paying for gas this morning at the corner convenience store, I noticed that they had a new tip jar on the counter. I think that this has gotten way out of control. Business owners encourage this, because they see it as a way to guilt the customer into supplementing their employees' salaries. It's not so bad when it involves some kind of service outside of just ringing up purchases, but it gets under my skin to be expected to tip just for the service of someone taking my money. The sandwich shop where I sometimes eat lunch is a good example. If you drop a tip in the jar, you get your sandwich cut in half, and offered a plate. Skip the tip jar once, and the next time, you get handed a wrapped sandwich, and no offer of a plate. I would like to hear both sides. I'm not close-minded.

I am going to start carrying skull and gothic pieces, now I am 57, so I don't wear it and it is not popular where I live--what does it go on--silver chain, black ribbon, what? The same for gothic- black ribbon choker? Someone mentioned wanting more `bling'! I will also have big bold sparkly round balls or beads, kind of like marcasite, where the light just sparkles off all over, maybe with some big gray, white, whatever pearls. Does that sound interesting to any of you?

My fiance's work just hired a new team lead, and the very next day he was hired, he left a voicemail on my fiance's phone saying, after consideration, there is no purpose for you to come back in." My fiance said he was just the biggest ******. My fiance called the supervisor (who hired my fiance) and he told him that he never authorized him to do that. So a few days later, my fiance called the supervisor back and said, I'm sorry I can't change his mind. !!!! WtF?!?! So, this is NOT right at all that this guy did this....over a voicemail AND he only has been working there a week now! I want to call both of them in a professional manner but I want to know if there is any legal words that I can use because they should NOT be getting away with this
