there a shell fish....have you ever eaten a clam? They are kind of like the little white things on the side of clams but there biger

If you mean seafood, then it's a bi-valve. Similar to a clam but sweeter unless you get the jumbos. Those are bitter.

If you mean meats, then those are thin cuts of meat (beef, chicken, pork) that cook very quickly. Actually, sea scallops cook fast too.

They're seafood. Basically a lot like a clam or an oyster but it's a bit less chewy and bigger. Basically the similarity is that all three live in shells.
