yes, morning sickness doesn't always happen in the morning, it isn't always consistent... be thankful for the days that are good!! Back aches? Wait, it gets better!! Wait til you try to get out of the car and the hormone that lets your pelvis relax lets your hip pop! Oh, yeah that was fun!
The pulling that you are feeling in your abdomen is round ligament pain, a good sign, and my progress to a sharp cramping feeling. If its really bad and doesn't go away with rest or repositioning, call your OB-Gyn
Every first time mom is worried about a miscarriage until the day she delivers. As long as there is no bleeding, gushing fluid (some discharge is normal) or severe abdominal pain you should be fine! Relax, enjoy this time!
Wait til you feel the baby move(around 25+weeks for a first timer)! It has to be one of the strangest, most awesome things you will ever experience!

I had morning sickness all the time. Sometimes I would throw up. I actually lost 10 pounds in the first trimester.
With my first pregnancy, I had awful back pain and I had no complications. My last pregnancy I had back pain for about 3 weeks before I had a miscarriage. You never know. If you become worried, call your doctor or go to the emergency room. Better safe than sorry.
Good luck with the new pregnancy.

Morning sickness varies day to day, woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. Back pain is perfectly normal and not an indication of miscarraige. If you start to have severe cramping and/or spotting (small amounts of a bloody discharge when you wipe) it's time to call your OB.
I would suggest getting and reading the book "What to Expect when You're Expecting." It's a great resource of what to expect at each stage in your pregnancy, what is normal, and what you need to contact your doctor about.
Congratulations!

I never had morning sickness, but I did feel nauseous occasionally. As long as you aren't having severe cramps or bleeding, an aching back is also normal during pregnancy.

You're ok! They say that everybody's different. I felt soooo sick every day for almost the whole first trimester but never threw up. I couldn't eat. (Now at week 24 or so I am finally back to my prepregnancy weight!) The weird feelings in your abdomen are normal, too. Your uterus is stretching and growing right now.
Congrats and good luck!

I never threw up, but i was sick to my stomach a lot, saltine crackers help though. The pressure and pulling that you are feeling in your abodmin is normal, its just your body making room for the little baby growing inside of you. Congrats and good luck!!!!!
