Its used in restraunts and served as scampies as the flovour and texture is similar to large prawns. It is also very expensive to buy.

can be called "angler" fish. but is usually sold as "monk" fish. its latin name is: lophius piscatorius

Ray if I remember
since it had smooth skin (not kosher,,, kosher = scales)
fishermen would give them to the Christian priests OR monks and of course many blessings for good fishing..
