omg that is sooo funny u asked that.. tell me why thats all i HAVE to use for now til i get my phone fixed it sux a55 and i hate it!!! no private conversations and i have to worn everyone they are on speaker....
i used my phone in the shower so it got alil wet.. =0) it hasnt beent he same ever since

No, I hate speaker phone, I can never understand a word people are saying and I really hate hate hate being on speaker phone. The way I see it is I doubt you wanna hear the full effects of my child screaming in the background and I do not need to hear yours, it's bad enough that we can faintly hear them with the phone up against our ears.

Only if I'm at work and I have to look through blueprints while talking to someone. It's really hard to flip through blueprints and hold a receiver to your ear. I always tell the person that I'm putting them on speaker phone. I also do when on a long hold but I take it off once a person answers.

No i hate it, and i work in a call center an the customers always call in using speaker phone it drives me crazy, ill pretend i cant hear them and hang up.

Only when I am driving. I have a flip phone, and it's much more convenient to just push the button on the side to answer the phone than it is to open it and then push the talk button.

NO and I hate it when someone puts me on speaker because I don't talk very loud any way, so I feel like I have to yell when they do that. I think its rude actually.

NO! my friend called me once and had me on speaker phone (which i was totally unaware of at the time) weeeeeeell, i said some things i shouldn't have and her mom heard the entire conversation

I absolutely HATE it! I will seriously hang up if you put me on speaker phone and I don't do it to other people.

I understand the speakerphone's usefulness for conference calls, but I think it's annoying when I'm talking to just one person and he or she uses the speakerphone. Some are too loud, some too soft, and some have annoying echoes. They should be used only when absolutely necessary.
