My ex-husband keeps telling me that I have ruined my daughter's life. She is 15 and lived with her Dad from age 10 until now.

She is living with me now and I am trying my best to keep her busy productively.

I have enrolled her in a SAT Review class and am looking into other sports and craft type classes.

She is not comfortable living with my parents where I am living currently so I am trying to move out against my ex-husband's wishes.

I am trying my best to make things up to her. I live in another state and did not get to see her too much during the past few years.

My ex-husband's e-mails keep accusing me of ruining our daughter's life and saying that I have spoiled everyone's life because I was undependable and unstable. I made plans to go back to him and never did.

I am NOT ABLE to copy anything to a Floppy disc or to any type of disc any longer. There is a sign that always comes up that says,"cannot create or replace" and then at the end it states
" the directory or file cannot be created."
It acts the exact same way no matter what I try to switch over. What is wrong and how do I fix it? H=E=L=P!! PLEASE!!

According to a report I read on Yahoo! News, a woman was verbally and physically attacked for being gay. (read the report here - http://tv.yahoo.com/show/38481/news/urn:newsml:tv.ap.org:20070912:top_chef_beating__ER )

Now my question is, how do you feel about this? How do you think the people attacking Josie Smith-Malave should be delt with? Would you considder this a hate crime? And if you were there when someone was being attacked for being gay, would you step in and defend them?

I would defend them, because there is no need for this. I think the attackers should be treated the same way others would if they were attacking someone for their race. Everyone has their own lifestyles to live, and it is not your place to step in on SOMEONE ELSE'S life and try to do something about it. If it doesn't concern you, don't bother. Here I am 22 weeks into my pregnancy and have had minimal prenatal care. I've been in the "process" of applying for Medicaid now since JULY! They tell me today that they DENIED my application b/c my "pregnancy hasn't been verified." The proof from the Doctor with my Due Date on it (as they require) was turned in with my original application in July.

I have been having really painful spasms in my back and I've miscarried during my 2nd trimester of pregnancy TWICE now. The last time was just a little over 9 months ago.

I have no insurance. I'm not registered to deliver with any hospital. I don't have a DR. I have no idea if I am still carrying a live baby or what is going on with my body at this point.

Some people have told me to go to the ER.
Others have told me to go to a L&D instead.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if I can just walk into any old L&D and get service?

If so, WHAT DO I SAY?

Will they do an ultrasound and tell me what's going on?
Would L&D even see me?

I want to move to New York when Im done with college. I want to do this the smart way by saving up some money to live off of till I get myself settled after moving there. I understand New York is a very high priced city. I'm willing to live in a crap shack, I pretty much do now. How much would you recommend for me to save up to be able to live off for a little bit till I were to get settled?

I'm not asking for an exact estimate. I understand that that would be impossible. It all depends on the apartment I were to get, how much food I were to eat, things like that, just a safe estimate would be greatly apreciated. Thanks for all the answers, weather they help or not!

Well ive been best friends with a guy for almost 2 years. Just 6 months ago i moved in with him as a roomate 2 help him out. a few months later things changed and we started getting feelings towardz eachother. He told me he wasnt ready to commit as being my boyfriend but 2 give things time. When he would be at work he'd call me and text me all day. When i would leave back 2 my family's house he would talk 2 me all the time since the moment he would wake up. We were really close. All of a sudden a girl popped into the picture and now they write eachother and call eachother all day long. And he completely forgot about me. =( I was the only person there 4 him and helped him out so much, and now he gave me the cold shoulder and doesnt even text or call me anymore. I found out he was talkin 2 someone else cuz i looked through his phone and he got pist. And told me things like that he never loved me and never meant the things he told me. And now im so hurt. Is he in love? Did he really lie?
