maybe just some jeans and a tee. make it look a little modern. and yes i did set my self up, but i didn't think anyone would be so immature to suggest that i not wear anything

for the red cape you can purchase red felt at a fabric store or walmart and sew ties unto it.
Underneath, wear a white dress with a checkered apron. Remember your basket!

Try wearing a cute skirt and a white top, but instead of having a red cape have a red hoodie.

Use a red towel or table cloth for a cape. Underneath wear a white blouse and red skirt.

i would check party city for a red riding hood costume, or just wear a red hoodie and carry a basket of goodies. you could even have a friend dress up as the big bad wolf...
