I am a virgo and I just have a hard time saying no. I have it in my head but the first things coming out my mouth is yes Ill do it lol. ITs sad and I can't seem to control it. I mean its not like i say yes to everything , its mostly when people ask for a favor, or do you want to do this , when i really don't. Its like yes, yes , yes. But i mean nothing degrading at all. But i say I am willing to try things but not everything. I feel like in the future I am going to be a bad parent, I let my dog pee everywhere and ill just clean it up and then ill let my niece and nephew run around and I just look at them. Is that bad? haha I am so non-chalant about things it . I can't even find a decent girlfriend with these good looks. I know secretly i have confidence issues but I don't go up to females, I like them to come to me. I am a male virgo by the way. Well any fellow virgo's give me some tips or help me feel that I am not the only person like this. thanks

Our RE agent was with us for a LONG showing where we met the owner/seller.

Later, after thanking the seller for a kind gift (a book he wrote), by phone, He invited us back over for a moment.

As it was very preliminary, we went without our agent, to listen. He did explain some unusual challenges he faces in the sale. Its been listed 7 months with no offers. We did not come to terms or strike a deal of any kind, but got a better idea of what he wants (to remain on the property for 5 years for example).

We now feel ready to make a formal offer. We have called our RE agent to write up the offer, per normal protocol, and she has said that since we have spoken directly to the seller without her knowledge, she is certain she will lose her RE license. This seems totally emotional and silly to us. According to the 1st amendment we can talk with whoever we want. She gets paid of course, but is sure we have ruined her. Is she right? Does she have any liability at all?

We've had a problem with mice since 2004. We've caught about 8 since then! However, came downstairs this morning (5.30) and nearly and quite literally nearly had a heart attack. I saw a mouse and it ran behind the cooker! I nearly died. I've got 4 traps down (all with peanut butter in) and poison and they're still roaming around. What more can I do? I don't have a cat, as I've no one to look after one if I ever go away (our neighbours are horrible)

The temperature outside is about 39 degree C / 102 degree F and probably the bird was wandering for hours. Its surely someone's pet.

Now we have sheltered it for the past 48 hrs, it seems very tired, mostly sleeping for 12-14 hrs since the last 2 days. Drinks a little water and takes a bit of seed now and then and goes back to sleep again.

His eyes and nose are clear, no sign of any infection or fever. Is the bird stressed due to the heat and ordeal ? What more can I do to revive it ?

I am an existing bird owner, having Canary and Lovebirds for the past 7-8 years.

The summer after 10th grade, I worked shoveling horse crap to buy a pair of skis. I ended up buying a Rossignol 9s oversize...it was a year old demo ski when I bought it at Hunter Mountain NY. I'm now a sophomore in college. I volunteered at Windham Mountain with the Adaptive Program 16 days a year and totaled probably 35 days of skiing a season (I'm a church boy...sundays are a nono). I understand the foam core in Rossignosl have a somewhat short lifespan as far as energy goes. I've already noticed a dropoff in power out of turns in these recent seasons Short slolam turns and cruising very important to me. I was wondering if had any experience with this and if I should start demoing some of the new lineups. (Volkl perhaps?......if I had the money)

my b/f has type 2 diabetis and he is on 2 different insalins and takes 2 different kinds of pills but... he refuses to take any of his meds he is 27 and has only been on the meds sence april he told his mother he would rather die than take his meds
he gets really mean and cant think or consentrate when he is off his meds
is there any way i can get him to take the meds i have tryed everything from having the shots ready for him and giving them to him to calling his mother and having her yell at him i have even told him i will leave him if he does not take them
can anyone with diabetis help me out here and tell me how i can help him he never tests his blood sugar he drinks diet pop and eats more candy than my kids i have goten cook books to cook the foods he need but he wont eat any of it
whats left for me to do ?
