stretch after eating a meal {doing stretching/breathing exercies} when i do it the fat that i got from the food or any of the stuff from it feels so toned and stuff after im done stretching a little bit after any kind of meal or something like that? does this have any benefits?

I am stuck on a problem. It seems cut and dry, but it's not.

Sold 1000 shares @ $32 a share and broker deducted $125 commision, remitting the balance. So what is loss on sale of investment? I think it should be $4000 but that does not work.

I kind of told well emailed (immature I know) this guy that I had feelings for him... he wrote back say this:

"the way we connect with people we find that we have something in common with, can admire qualities about, etc. goes both ways."

Now... I know he is beating around the bush but.. what does that mean... that he doesnt like me like I admire him? the man is so freaking vague.

I am having a few problems, I know the answers from plugging them in, just dont know how to find them by working them out. could you demonstrate the proper ways to work them?

1a,
2(1+x)=3x
X=2

1b,
(x+1)(x-1)=x^2-x
x=1

1c,
(x+1)^2=x^2
x=-1/2

My grade 10 science teacher assigned us to do all of the elements from hydrogen-argon... ex: hydrogen would be 1S1, and helium would be 1S2, and lithium is 1s2 2s1. (those are the ones that she gave the answers to)

I understand that the first number is the number of energy levels, the letter is for the orbital shape and the second number is the number of electrons.... but i have no idea how i am supposed to know what orbital shape is what element?
