I need some good clean ideas for a teen girls night out.

A fun idea that my friends and I used to do are video or picture scavenger hunt (assuming that you have enough people for a couple teams). Make a list of random stuff to find and do around town and take pictures (digital). Then have everyone meet back at a house and share all the fun pictures and stories!
Some examples of things to put on the list:
Convince a stranger to dance
Perform a song in a public place
Have the whole team climb a tree

Movies or Fasionista fun (at home where the party is held, do Makeup, hair and mini manicure pedicure on each other) - you could also go to a really nice restaurant (if they behave) for just dessert a really decadent treat! Good Luck!
