They can call. They can even sue you. But if your only income is SSI or SSD, they can't garnish it and it your bank account is only those disability funds, they can't take that either.
In fact if those disability funds are your only income, tell Revenue Recovery to go pound sand. You're judgment proof.

They can't, but they need to keep the account active in order to eventually collect from your estate, or from you if you ever come into any money to repay your debt.
