I got shin splints after a few hours of volleyball practice, but i have soccer 2-3 times a week, and its hard running, so what am i supposed to do, cause i cant not run. the pain is about an inch to the right from my shin bone on my right leg. its just one leg though

My puppy is...well very "hyper" she barks at other dogs and just doesnt know how to play nice, i was wondering if maybe and older adult dog would keep her in check, put her in her place a bit so when we go out she isnt haveing a complete meltdown everytime she sees a dog.

i mean seriously i'm an Atheist (that's right CAPITAL A for atheist to even the playing field) who knows their is no God and wants to f***ing strangle them. But i don't try to force my beliefs on them. And don't say prove God doesn't exist. I could just say prove that he does, so this argument is pointless.

well... i am a full time college student, with a full time office job, and i am in a full time relationship... i always feel as though i am trying to satisfy everyone else... but even that does not seem to be good enough... i know i am a good person with endless potential BUT i just know there is so much more... at the end of the day, i do feel proud of myself... i just don't want to look back oneday and feel as though i missed out on my life... my youn life.

I want to you know your opinion on The "new" Windows operating system Windows Vista...

Personally I think its a load of crap... It is the most pathetic piece of programming (well from what I have heard...)

It looks nice, although so does Mac's OSX 10.4... And OSX 10.5 in my opinion looks better than Vista!

We recently discussed Leona Helmsley's $12 million bequest for the care of her dog, "Trouble."

Most people believe that this amount of money for one small dog is excessive.

Animal protection groups are calling for Michael Vick to pay $10 million for the care and rehabilitation of the 53 dogs that were rescued from the dogfighting compound at his Virginia home.

Do you agree or disagree that this is excessive?

I"ve heard the tempature Heaven in is always comfortable.
I'm so glad...I am so cold natured. And although the heat doesn't bother me it does a lot of folks and my heart and prayers go out for them.

Like, if I am a size 30, could I wear a mens 30 and it fit in the waist? Or, even though it is a "30", does that mean different things to different brands? 30 to me sounds like inches around, no matter the brand. Am i wrong? Thanks!

So i received a (used) air pump with air stone, rinsed it, and put it in the tank.

My problem is, the stone isn't weighted, so it keeps floating up to the surface. i've tried to weigh it with gravel, plants, and an ornament i have in there, but it wont stay down.

I dont have any large ornaments yet, so nothing is heavy enough to weigh it down.

Was there suction cups or something that was supposed to come with it? Are they available for purchase separately?

Any suggestions for the meantime? Should i just take it out?
