I read your profile, and your question. Right now, you are trying to do at least twice as much as most other people your age - full time school AND full time work? And a boyfriend? You feel thirty because you have taken on the responsibilities and lifestyle of a thirty-year old woman. Most kids at twenty aren't capable of taking on what you have, let alone have the motivation to do it succesfully. But think about this: When you're done with school, you will have accomplished something impressively major while still working full time - I'd hire anyone who can work that hard in an instant.
However, you also have to realize that full-time school and work are both huge commitments - and you're taking a science major. There really won't be much time left over for anything after that. It's pretty amazing that you can make time for a boyfriend, too.
So, my suggestion: Don't be greedy for more experience, and don't be in too much of a rush to get everything in your life done while you're so young. Scale back your expectations a bit, and find something that YOU love doing, something that makes you feel great, and then make sure to schedule time for that every month. You sound like you're in my area, and I know that you can find almost anything to do here around Nashville that you can in the rest of the country. Feel free to email if I've helped, I'd love to know how this works out.

Nope, life doesn't slow down, In fact the older I get it seems to go faster and time just passes by. My concern on your post though is the comment you made of "I always feel as though I'm trying to satisfy everyone else but even that doesn't seem to be good enough."
If you're handling all the responsibilities you have well, I congratulate you as what you're doing is hard and wish you continued success. However if you're feeling that something is lacking now do you do anything just for you and "not to satisfy everyone else"? Do you ever take a day off from school, work, relationship and family? Do you do things that you yourself enjoy?
You really just have to live life, as if you'll die tomorrow. Yeah a cliche and harder to do than one would think but it's a good thought to have in the back of your brain.

If 40 is the new 30 and since your 20 and actually feel 30, does that mean you actually feel 40? Hmmm.
You got your hands full and it does not slow down, least ways not if you add children in a few years. (wonderful things those kids, but work). You should take some time away from work when you get a break from school and do something that will help you feel young wild and free like 20 year olds should.

You sound like your doing great. Most people at your age
are still asking themselves: "what's in it for me," before they
make a move at all, even to help someone else. How many
people on Q&A say. I want do download this and that for
"free."
I want to warn you though. The "sticker shock" hits you when
you reach "thirty." And then ask yourself. "Where did the last
ten years go." And you start thinking. In ten more years. I'll be
"forty." so keep up the pace, and you'll know you didn't waste
it, when you reach it. <}:-})

The older you get, the faster life goes by.
You must take care of #1 first (yourself); if you don't take care of yourself, you can't be there for anyone else.
Find what you want to do; enjoy life. Try new things; associate with new people.
Be an inspiration to yourself!
