Fear of embarrasment, though it would not always be related to shyness but rather the hesitation and indecisiveness (second-guessing) on one's part. The other three options are merely end-results of one's inability to live up to the expectations of others as well as oneself.

The Fear of anything is usually more common than the emotion itself, so No.1 The 'fear' of embarrassment. I disagree with the implication of shyness. It may, but many people who are shy tend to restrict their lifestyles so they do not put themselves in the position where they have to fear embarrassment.

The fear of embarrassment, in my opinion, is more prevalent in people who would be called confident/outgoing as this emotion is attached to loss of status/image/position. They generally understand the fear but try to limit it prior to taking action by research/back up plans/indirect action/anonymity.

Fear of embarrassment, although it does not always lead to shyness. Sometimes it means you talk a lot, but say very little: that is, people who talk about the weather, and baseball, and other "safe" topics rather than be self-revealing. And there are people who go on and on about how they agree with everything you say.
