Ok, so I'm trying to cut back on these. I tend to have quite a few diet drinks a day (3 or so) and I notice that for sweet snacks I usually go for sugar free jell-o, pudding, or candies.
I'm beginning to feel that it's a bit much and I want to cut back, but I don't want to replace them with lots of sugary stuff either. Drinks are especially an issue. (And, yes, I do a lot of drink water, but sometimes I want flavor). So, I've started watering down my juice by 1/2, any other ideas? Also, how much artificial sugar is too much during the day? Thanks in advance.
