Why isn't adultery illegal if the marriage was a monogous one? Legally speaking, marriage is a legally binding contract so if one were to go outside the marriage, isn't that in voilation of the monogomous contract?
Or have I misunderstood this? Is monogamy implied, not stated?

I've heard that adultery is illegal in some states but its not enforced unless someone chooses to press that charge against their spouse. (That charge being divorce.)

So, and feel free to correct my thinking, but if a marriage contract states (I'm assuming its not implied) that the marriage be monogomous, then it is illegal to commit adultery, thus the contract is termintated upon proof of the adulterous act.

Why is it a choice to enforce this law, legally speaking? I understand that from a moral point of view one spouse may forgive the other and continue the marriage, but I'm wondering what is the reasoning behind marriage contracts regarding adultery here.

Thanks.

TIs claim that there are 1000s of people in the U.S. and around the world who are targeted by technology which monitors, tracks, and disrupts their daily lives 24/7, remotely. I have personally seen and heard both their physical evidence and their recorded evidence in support of their claims. Most people in the general public simply write these TIs off as nut cases. I don't think that they are. I think there is something to what they say is occurring. Even if they are mentally unstable, don't we as a society have some kind of moral obligation to seriously research this matter and find out "exactly" what is going on with all these folks. Very nearly all of them, world wide, suffer the same effects and symptoms. If its just mental illness and delusional, how can that be? Can the mental health community come up with some kind of case history that could support the mental illiness hypotheses. Are, is it just safer to simply ignore these people? Maybe there's a cover-up after all.

I think they should, maybe not the entire $30 million, but there lives were ruined and reputation tarnished, so they do have a legitimate case. All for the sorry D.A. Nifong to cash in on some votes. I think Nifong should be forced to pay the settlement, and if he can't pay, then he sits in a jail cell until he's able. Maybe he'll think twice before ruining peoples lives to help win the next election.

Since I started keeping track, I have had very regular cycles: between 28 and 31 days. As of tomorrow, I will be between 9 and 12 days late for my period.

All HPT's have been negative. I don't have any of the typical pregnancy symtoms except for a dull cramping that I have had for a week but I have that gut feeling that something is off with my body.

I went to the doctor today and they took blood for a pregnancy test. I get the results in the morning.

My question is, if my blood test comes back negative does that rule out a pregnancy? Could I hypothetically go out drinking Saturday night... even though the doctor can't explain why my period is late?

P.S. I'm 23, in a committed relationship and have been using contraception. I'm not trying to conceive but if I were pregnant I wouldn't want to do anything to harm my baby. This is my first pregancy scare.

1 roll of toiletpaper
1 frozen dinner
1 can of pop

The woman behind the counter says, "so you are single huh?"
The man replies very sarcastically, "why would you guess that, because I am buying 1 of everything?"
The woman replies, "no, because you are ugly."

Hi guys,
Here's the deal I'm in a community theater production of Snowwhite and the Seven Dwarfs and we open next week and go through till October somthing but the problem is that one of the days where we're doing three show, 10:30, 1:00, and 3:00, is also the day of my HOMECOMING DANCE! The shows about three hours long including intermisson so I've execpted the fact that I'm gonna have to mostly get ready at the theater if I want to be home when my date comes to picks me up. Some of my gal pals in the cast said they would do my hair for me but my make up is the problem. I'm the Walking Talking Magic Mirror so I'm gonna have lot's of heavy goffy make up that I'm gonna need to take of right after curtin call so I can put on my dance make up. Dose anyone know somthing that is
a) a portable make up remove (like wipes in a contaner)
b) can do a through but fast job on heavy make up
c) is gentle enough to use on someone with sensitive skin!

Thank You
