If you are referring to a USB-capable camera or webcam,
it (and any other USB-capable device,
such as a flash drive or MP3 player or printer, etc)
is one that can connect to the USB port of your computer.

USB = Universal Serial Bus
(a "bus" in this context is hardware that allows
data communication to occur;
so, in a sense, the data "rides" a "bus"
to get to and from its destinations!)

usb is the name of the cord you connect the camera to the computer
