I work on a truck with no a/c. I have a 1.5 liter bottle which I don't always drain during the day, but refill and freeze at night. Is there some point at which I should dump all of the water, wash and refill it?

started stretching 2 weeks ago to try and do the splits... almost did the front splits after a week, but after a few days i stopped stretching because i had to cram from a test. i didnt stretch for 3 days straight! stretched the next day (yesterday), but didnt today. im dreading stretching tomorrow. its painful and when i get more flexible.. the next day i go back to normal and have to stretch again to reach the same level of flexibility as the day before.
how do i stay motivated? i dont need to be flexible for anything... dont take ballet or any other dance classes that requires me to be flexible. i just think it would be fun to, and ive always wanted to do the splits.. and back bends etc

I recently got my vehicles paid off and instead of getting back into bad debt I'd like to put the monthly ($900) into something that's going to generate cashflow. I'm thinking paper assets and then real estate when the market makes a rebound in the next 3-5 years. If I go with paper assets, is a discount broker like eTrade or ScottsTrade better than your typical broker who charges an arm and maybe your first born child for the price of managing and commissions? Where should I start?

I received a junk flyer in the mail the other day. It was in a plastic bag with a note. The note was about how my mail was damaged and how sorry they were. They were striving to correct the future damage of mail, so that it wouldn't happen to again.
The flyer was only tore a little and had one page wrinkled. And it was Junk mail, anyway.........

She was publicly humiliated by being cheated on by her husband with the ugliest woman the most powerful man in the world could have ever chosen.

Know one seems to know what she has accomplished as a Senator of New York.

She as drab and dry as al gore and john kerry combined.

She made a fool out of herself when she became all "sista" in the south.

She back pedalled on every decision she made when it was no longer popular. I can't stand Bush but at least you know what you are dealing with.

Everyone thinks she is going to win but I only know the most radical of feminists, (which makes no sense after the Bill topic (see above)) willing to vote for her.

So could someone please explain to me why Hilary is the front runner of the presidential race?

on july 9th i went to a party at my ex boyfriends house and i ended up staying there and we had sex and we were both intoxicated and didnt use protection. the next night i went with my boyfriend and had unprotected sex with him too. I found out a few weeks later i was pregnant and had a miscarriage on the 15th of august. i never told my ex i was pregnant. and my boyfriend doesnt know i hooked up with my ex.. should i create drama and tell them both.. or should i just keep quite?!?!

The Qur'an says to have no divisions within Islam. "The same religion has He established for you as that which He enjoined on Noah - the [sic] which we have sent by inspiration to thee - and that which we enjoined on Abraham, Moses, and Jesus: namely, that ye should remain steadfast in religion and make no divisions therein: to those who worship other things than Allah, hard is the (way) to which thou callest them..." (42:13).
Question: If Islam is the truth, which of the divisions within it is the "most" true?
Question: Is the muslim religion as a whole in error since there are divisions within its ranks?
