If you have a bread machine, go for an italian herb bread. If not, try your local grocery. Chunks (not slices) of bread go great with gazpacho! Finish it up with a light dessert like a scoop of raspberry sorbet and a cup of steaming dark coffee or espresso! Bon appetite!

Grilled meat (like chicken fajitas, for example) goes great with gazpacho, or if you're trying to eat all veggies, a nice mixed salad and some crusty bread would be a good choice. Maybe fruit kabobs for dessert, or a fondue. Depends on your budget, how many people you're serving, and how fancy you want to get.
