I'm like 5'10 and weigh 115 but I wanna drop to 105. Some people think that's really thin but I don't see myself as thin I think I should lose more weight.

Holy cow...yes that is very thin. I am also around 5' 10" and weigh at least 40 pounds more than you, yet I am not overweight at all. My goal weight is 140, any smaller than that and I will look like bones. You should really take a good look at yourself and truly figure out if you think you are too thin. If people are telling you you look emaciated and weak, you don't look healthy. I know almost no guys who actually like the look of bony thin girls. So stay at 115 if that's where you feel comfortable, but going down to 105 is the weight that someone 5' 3" or so should be to be healthy.

And the "fat" you say you see on your body is, I'm sure, just skin, and leads me to believe that you are probably anorexic...

Yes, you are TOO thin!! You are like 15 pounds underweight. You need to be around 130 or more for a person your height. Don't lose anymore weight..you are skinny enough as it is. If you have flabby muscles or something and you think that makes you look fat, just try to tone up by stretching or lift weights.

Even 115 is way too thin. You need to gain some weight. At least 20 pounds.

105 lbs would be in the healthy weight range for a women of around 5'2. at 5'10 and 115 lbs there can not be much muscle so your body fat % is most likely high for your weight and height. collegiate women high jumpers that I have trained in the past were close to your height @ 130-140 lbs with a body fat % in the mid teens.

According to a quick BMI calculation that is underweight (the calculator that I used indicated underweight by about 15 lbs.) Now, BMI is just a tool and there are other factors that should be taken into consideration about your individual body type and your activity level so you should speak to a physician or nutritionist to determine if your eating/exercise habits are on track. Also, if you find yourself suffering from a negative self image you may want to speak to a counselor as well.

The best way to see if you're at a healthy weight for your height and age is to check your BMI (body mass index) also a doctor can tell you if you're at a healthy weight and what to do to reach your goal. I've provided a link to a BMI calculator. Good luck.

IF your not anorexic then you have a serious problem you've got body dysmorphic disorder and if you don't do something about your horrible self esteem then you will be anorexic as of now you're about... 35 pounds UNDERWEIGHT!!!!

that's too thin. There is a BIG difference between being thin, and being fit.You should gaine some muscle weight, and be healthy, and fit at the same time.

Good luck there!;)
