Isn't this what the christians believe? They think their god created sin, put that tree in the garden for adam and eve, and insists they love him. But they call it "saving" when he then doesn't punish you for things he created? I can not make sense of it. Can some one explain what makes them think not torturing a person is the same as saving?

I think its stupid that the teenagers these days are too lazy to get off their asses and take charge. I heard that by the time that they are 20 or 30, they could be dead because of global warming.
In the 70's (or whenever it was) the teenagers would camp out and protest with signs and take a stand because we all live here and if we dont do something soon, it'll be gone. The gas and major oil companies don't give a **** about the environment as long as they get their money; well if they dont change their attitude, there wont be anything to spend their money on.
EVEN IF GLOBAL WARMING ISNT HAPPENING, THERES NO EXCUSE TO MAKE HEALTHY ENVIRONMENTAL CHANGES.
(i know this isnt really a question, but i want your opinions.)

Do you turn it down ? i'm curious and want to know..

i often put the songs on when i drive , but is it necessary to turn it down ? like a sign of respect or something since rap music is rebellious ?

Can I play football? I'm such and such weights, and such and such height and I've got potential at this position and that position. I don't wanna hear it, we haven't seen you play, we don't know exactly how fast you are or any of that junk. So we don't know! Just play, are try out, if you make it, and/or your good, then great, I bet you're glad you didn't listen to some loser on yahoo answers who has no idea whether your good or not say "No you suck, you're too small to play football". And if you aren't good/don't make it, then sucks for you, keep practicing if you really want to play. Don't let your size stop you, and just play if you like playing, don't if you don't.

No funds for the war means no war for Halliburton and the rest of the moneygrabbers. It isn't as if the govt is giving all of the veterans what they need and deserve when they return home. It isn't as though they are giving our young men and women all that they need in the "war" effort either
So----why hasn't Congress acted? Are they too caught up in the 'moneygrabbing' effort--for themselves of course.
Ask yourselves. Does Gerogewbush really give a ratzbehind for our troops? What is going on in his mind? Why a request for so much more money when we should be working towards bringing the troops home?
What is really going on in the minds of our representatives?

A Marine stationed in Iraq recently received a "Dear John" letter from his girlfriend back home. It read as follows:

The Marine, devastated, asked his fellow Marines for any snapshots they could spare of their girlfriends, sisters, ex-girlfriends, aunts, cousins etc. In addition to the picture of Becky, Ricky included all the other pictures of the pretty gals he had collected from his buddies.


There were 57 photos in that envelope....along with this note: Dear Becky,

I'm so sorry, but I can't quite remember who you are. Please take your picture from the pile, and send the rest back to me.

Okay, from the perspective of a regular person (myself) I cant understand howcome past life regression therapists, and phychics feel the need to charge SO much! I mean $100 for 30 minutes, isnt that a bit ridiculous. There is no insurance for these things. WHy does it seem that everyone with an end all be all cure, wants to charge out the Butt for it? I dont doubt that what these individuals have to offer is a unique and healin service, but the cost is too much. I mean who the funk makes $100 an hour in the real world? Are these people really that greedy, or am I overlooking something. I would love some insight
