Can I play football? I'm such and such weights, and such and such height and I've got potential at this position and that position. I don't wanna hear it, we haven't seen you play, we don't know exactly how fast you are or any of that junk. So we don't know! Just play, are try out, if you make it, and/or your good, then great, I bet you're glad you didn't listen to some loser on yahoo answers who has no idea whether your good or not say "No you suck, you're too small to play football". And if you aren't good/don't make it, then sucks for you, keep practicing if you really want to play. Don't let your size stop you, and just play if you like playing, don't if you don't.

I know that they think I'm knowledgeable, and I'm not really criticizing them, I'm saying there's way too many of those questions, and no one knows whether they're good or not so we can't answer them.

I feel you on that one. If you have to ask what position you need to play, then you shouldnt be playing at all, you are not a football player.

Not always my favorite questions, but hey it's an open forum, about..................football. Some folks actually like to get off their butts and play it, instead of talk about it. Good for them.

I don't mind answering some freshman kids questions, when they are sincerely trying to make it to the next level. What I do find tiring are the posts that are pure B.S, like this one where the kid claimed to do a 4.09 in the 40.

It's stupid, and nobody with a brain will believe it, so why post it? Or the posts that are telling freshmen that they should be running a 4.3 already?!!?! WHAT? In whose wet dream?

Actually, the questions I am probably getting the most sick of are the ones like this, where people seem to need to regulate what everyone else is doing. Take a deep breath, relax, and if you don't like a question, skip it.....there are plenty more out there.

Why would you want to criticize those who ask your advice? These kids are coming here because they consider the posters here to be knowledgeable, you should be flattered.

Ignore the questions if you don't like them. But let the kids post. They could be out doing worse things.

Pick me as number one.
Some are real tired.
Some people just want to spout.

Asked two questions today unrelated to sports.
Not a single direct answer. Just lots of jibberish.

Know what you are saying my friend.

Well this is a open forum and whether or not your sick of it is irrelevant and by the way can't you just ignore them in steed of posting a whole question on it?

Hint: You don't have to read and answer them all. Why don't you try skipping over the ones that don't interest you..?
