We all know that Islam is a peaceful and open religion....so can I expect some Govt assistance to open a Christian Church in Saudi Arabia, the same way as it is conferred upon Moslems in Western countries.....

i just got an enormous tattoo on my arm. its almost an entire half sleeve. i actually just got it this afternoon. it took about three hours just for the outline and the shading. i absolutely love it, but the pain, soreness and stiffness has actually prevented me from having a good night sleep. my boyfriend is the tattoo artist but has little sympathy for me, considering this was free! haha. any suggestions as to how i can relax, get rid of the pain and fall back asleep?

I'm going back into teaching after several years off, and I want to avoid straining my voice. That was quite a problem years ago for me -- every cold started right at my throat!

I'm doing a few things now, like nasal cleansing, and drinking lemon and honey tea every morning. Is there anything else? Home remedies? Vocal exercises?

Hi,

This boils down to 5 key questions for me:

1] When and how did conquering Spaniards in indigenously-populated Mexico become "Mexicans?"

2] When did Spanish control of New Spain/Mexico cede to and come under Mexican control?

3] Was this (#2 above) when Mexico became a formal Mexican nation---and no longer a colony of Spain?

4] Was it mostly Spaniards---or later day Mexicans---who originally explored and/or settled areas north of the present border between Mexico and the U.S.?

5] When did Spanish authority/control of present U.S. territory as defined then through land grants, etc---fall under Mexican authority/control?

The dates and circumstances of these 5 particular events would be very much appreciated---as well as the resources.

Hello,

I have a car I am considering donating before I move out of California. My dad (who lives in Pennsylvania) bought me the vehicle several years ago, and put me under his insurance, but it was not registered in his name. Since I may not benefit from the tax deduction (I heard it's better for people with mortgages or other expenses), would I be able to donate it and give the proper forms for my father to claim? Would it matter that my dad lives in a different state than me?

I'm not an excessively cheap guy, but this always has bothered me. Take Steve Buscemi out of "Resivoir Dogs," and give a legit response. Sure it is a rough job for minimum wage, but are you telling me that is tougher than the guys who work at Labor Ready picking up construction debris? Lifting up plates that weigh a few pounds and getting refills is not nearly as taxing as picking up chunks of concrete and wheeling them from place to place, both at the lowest legal wage. The workers as McDonalds work harder than the guys/gals at Red Robin, yet get 0 tips. I always get a kick out of waiters complaining about getting shafted on tips. If you need that extra money then go get a real job. I've worked hard in all of my jobs, and never get tipped out an extra 20% of what the person is spending. Why did this become standard? I am down to give somebody money for extra effort outside of their job description, no problem. How about gas attendants that wash your windshield?

I posted this question before my guppy is chasing my platy and looks like its attacking it....but I'm not sure.
They are both yellow, its a male guppy, and the guppy is alot smaller than the platy.

Actually my father said that as i start incoming i have to give my all income to my mother I will get only the transport fare & tiffin cost and some more money for any urgent use.Ultimately the income will be controlled by my father.when I say this to any one father just ignore & say that he said so to rise our family income only and all the money will be kept in my bank account for my future use.He will not spend my money.But to me he said that he will control my income so that I may not do any wrong use of it.The true is he is waiting for my income.
