Deep conditioning involves putting a product on your hair and then wrapping it in plastic wrap and applying heat usually from a blow dryer or the sun if you are like me and live in the sub tropics.
I use a mix of mineral oil and olive oil. But you must strip most of the oil back out or you will look like a grease ball. I put extra alcohol in my shampoo. It is cheap AND effective

A VERY SIMPLE WAY to deep condition your hair:
1. After shampooing, Rinse
2. Put conditioner. massage.
3. cover it with a SHOWER CAP
4. leave it for 5 minutes
5. Rinse.
voila! instant deep conditioning!
It doesn't matter what conditioner you use, as long as it is what you are using everyday... :)

THE BEST WAY TO DO IT AT HOME, IS TO GET A GOOD CONDITIONER FIRST. REALLY THICK, USUALLY MEANS A GOOD QUALITY. WASH YOUR HAIR, AND CONDITION. THEN TWOELL DRY IT. WHILE IT IS STILL WET, SATURATE IT IN CONDITIONER, THEN PLACE A BAD OVER IT, AND WITH A HAIR DRYER SET ON LOW, HOLD IT OVER, YOUR HAIR FOR ABOUT FIVE MIN. THEN YOU WRAP IT UP IN A TOWELL, AND LET IT SET AS LONG AS YOU CAN.
I USUALLY DO THIS BEFORE BEDTIME ATLEAST ONCE A MONTH, AND I SLEEP WITH IT ON MY HEAD, YOUR BODY GETS HOTTER WHILE YOU SLEEP, AND IT GOES OUT OF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD. THUS, REALLY DEEP CONDITIONING YOUR HAIR WHILE YOU SLEEP. EASY HUH? JUST RINCE IT OUT WHEN YOU ARE DONE. AND WA LA.

There are many brands out there you can use so I won't list here. Whichever one you find that's to your liking, saturate the hair from root to tip, use a shower cap, and cover with a towel to keep the heat in and open up the hair follicles. Leave it on for approx. 15-20 min. Do this once a week to two weeks.

wet it in the shower, towel dry it a bit so it isn't dripping, put lots of conditioner in it, put it up in a shower cap, leave it in overnight and wash it out in the morning. you can also use olive oil instead of conditioner.
