there is no reason for you to not eat nuts unless you are allergic to them. things you eat during pregnancy do not cause your baby to be or not be allergic to things later in life. the only link that has been found between babies and allergies is that women who breast feed their children for atleast 6 months seem to have a much lesser risk of allergies in general.
i agree with that, i was breast fed and i have no food allergies nor am i bothered by seasonal allergies.

I have never heard you can't eat nuts during pregnancy! In fact I have just been given a diet by a gestational diabetes dietician that includes nuts on it! I have eaten them for all my pregnancies and all my kids are fine. Ask your doctor if you are worried or google it.
EDIT** Just googled it myself and found a website that says only peanuts should be avoided and only certain women need to avoid them. Every other nut is fine. Check out this link...

If there isnt a history of nut allergies in your family then you have nothing to worry about. Try it out and if it feels weird then stop but if all is fine afterward then its a good sign.
