Microsoft is always getting sued for monopoly, but why isn't Apple? The iphone is monopolized by at&t, thier computers come with ready made software like the photoeditors and video editors and the safari, why doesn't corel and the others sue them for that?

You probably guessed I'm a windows user by now.
Oh, and does anyone think that the guy from the apple adversitements looks like an unemployed-living-on-his-parents-couch-lazy-badly-dressed excuse for a cool person.

a friend of mine got in an accident. She ran into a telephone pole ad got cited for loss of control of a vehicle. Not serious. But she missed her trial date and now she has a warrent for arrest. However a police officer released the information to one of her brother's friends. Now if I am correct they are not allowed to release that information. Is there anything i can do in this case to decrease the reprecussions or anything? Please respond with haste.

What is the reason that there are protests against the Super Ferry? You would think that easy access to the Islands at a reasonable price would be a good thing. Tahiti's ferrys are nice and appear to cause no problems. they are inexpensive and very effective. Is this something that the Airlines are promoting because the Ferry will take business away from them?

Im not the main photographer at this particular wedding, but what are the best filters to have when taking an outdoor/indoor wedding. the wedding will start around 6pm. plenty of light available. Ill have a diffusion filter, but will not photograph the entire wedding in that filter of course, but should i get a:

UV haze?
Skylight 1A?
Neutral Density?
other suggestions?
what about for indoor, i.e. reception, dance, etc. ?

okay. I was treated for chlamydia and my boyfriend got tested. well he got the results and they said negative for anything so that day all we really did was have oral sex & had sex with a condom. then the next day the clinic called apologizing and telling him they gave him the wrong results and he was positive. is there any way i could've gotten reinfected? maybe no vaginally but in the throat as well?

My father drinks in the same bar every night, stumbles to the car and then drives home, no amount of begging will make him stop, my next step is to go to the bar owner and threaten them that I will sue them should be in an accident and die...is this legal to sue in the state of PA? 25 white female....acne and red face inherited....now cystic acne started about three years ago.......have tried pro-active, store bought CRAP, and seen dermatologists who put big needles into my face inecting something that did not work. All topical products I've used make my skin dry and flaky; even when I use moisturizers to combat those effects.

I am SO SICK of this crap. It seems like I have at least one cyst/acne thing on my face all year long. They take forever to go away and even after they are gone (at least not very visible) I still feel a hard spot where it was.

Anyone out there have/had a same experience and can offer advise?
