I deal with a lot of people who try to escape getting a hot urine, but the system is not stupid they know this so they are constantly coming out with test that let them know when a person is trying to beat the test. They are called diluted urine's, when a person gets a diluted urine two things have to happen, at the expense of the urine giver. You will have to take a lie detector test and a medical examination.
This is the case in a few counties in Oregon so you will need to check on your local laws.
The only way to insure that you do not get a hot urine though is to not study for this test. Yes this will be the only test I would tell someone not to study for and you will have a clean urine.

Drugs can stay in your system for years, no matter how much water you drink. Doing a liver cleanse can help, but again, it can take years depending on the drug.

It doesn't only time is gonna help. their are tricks to pass but generally the test's are getting better............their are home tests you can buy for parents that want to check their kids
