WE have all seen these people on corners. Screaming they have been spoken to by God,yet we call them mad or nutters.
What if they are right?
2000 years ago, a man did the same thing.
1400 years ago another man did like wise.
These two men started something massive. It grew so big that war and death have happened over what they said.
Why is the man on the street not listened to? He seems very adamant about it.

The answers will probably include such statements as "light getting brighter" which does not actually explain the fact that Jehovah God's truths have always been clearly explained by those who truly are His spokespersons. If the faithful and discreet slave class didn't receive full and correct knowledge and understanding, then how can truth seekers trust the same organization's so called faithful and discreet slave class today? The true God of the Bible has never allowed false information to be spoken through His organization or His messengers. Those that spoke untruths were always punished. Those that went away from His truths were punished, for example Moses was not allowed into the promise land because of his errors. Wouldn't this be true also of the early presidents of the WBTS?

You know what I mean..Its all right to take the lives of chickens, cows, pigs, lambs, turkeys etc..But it is considered INHUMAN to kill a DOMESTICATED ANIMAL?

Is it because we have EMOTIONAL connections with our pets that is NOT RIGHT? But its considered as OK if we dont have emotional connection with the animal? I mean if you had a BELOVED chicken or cow... you wouldnt really want to eat it... right?

Is this the same case for HUMANS? We dont really CARE if someone else is SUFFERING as long as we dont have emotional connection with them? But if its a LOVED one we'd do ANYTHING to make them feel better. Is this somehow connected with our ANIMAL INSTICT and SURVIVAL INSTICTS?

So therefore we CANNOT really achieve peace because deep down inside everyone of us is BORN selfish with their own hidden adgendas that probably contradicts someone elses hidden adgendas in life. Thus conflict.

I hope you understand what I mean..thank you for your time.

I had a huge fight yesterday with my dad because I feel that he's being ridiculously overprotective of my 17 year old sister. She's interested in a 19 year old guy who my dad says is too old for her, and because I didn't tell her not to even think about seeing this guy (instead I encouraged it because to me two years is no big deal), my dad's decided I'm a bad influence on my sister. My dad refuses to even consider any point of view other than his own, and I'm afraid that instead of keeping my sister emotionally and physically safe, his overprotectiveness will leave her vulnerable when she goes to college next year. He also said that he doesn't want my sister to end up like me because when I was 19, I married the wrong man, and my dad didn't speak to me for two years. I've since fixed my life and it's really good now. I don't want to make up with him because then he'll think he can make all the decisions forever, and I have other younger sisters, too. Am I being unreasonable?

so im apperantley under the Preferred accounts apr .
i applied online through my bank at what i thought was 12% apr when i got my packet it said i have a apr of 24 % .

Hi,
I'm designing a site, and i've discovered that it displays slightly differently in Firefox than Internet explorer or Safari. The link below is the site. You can see when viewed in IE, everything is as it should be. When viewed in Firefox, the banner size flash app is lowered down a bit, which moves the layout and makes it look not so good. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

My ex girlfriend & I had a child together, and we currently have shared custody. She has primary placement now.
As an unmarried, not divorced parent, the courts very much seem to favor the mother. What are my rights?

My ex wants to take my child out-of-state, and I am 100% against this as she does not show a commitment to our visitation agreement while in-state.
My daughter is the most important thing in my life.
Her mother has not shown this same order of priorities.
My daughter is with her grandmother the majority of the time. Her mother doesn't even live in the city where our daughter goes to school, she goes in her grandmother's school district because it is more convenient for Mom.

All in all, however, this is not about what is convenient for me, or the mother. It is about what's best for my child.
If she were to be deprived of her relationship with her father, I know she would suffer immensely on many levels.
How do I prevent this from happening?
Is there hope?
