Here is the question, I do not know the formula for figuring out combinations:

An executive director wants to take a group of 5 of his employees to a business retreat. What is the minimum amount of staff members he needs to have to make at least 20 different groups to choose from?

a)7 b)8 c)9 d)10 e)11

The answer to this question is 7, but I do not know how I am to arrive at that conclusion, will someone familiar with the equation please help. :)

I hope I put this in the right place!

Whenever I play a Nancy Drew game, I have trouble seeing. I'll walk Nancy down a hallway, and I can barely see a thing, thus missing a lot of clues. I was also watching a Nancy Drew trailer, and could barely see a thing! The contrast on my computer is all the way up, so does anyone know how I can make things brighter?

It's been a week since my boyfriend has come home. He's been gone on vacation all summer with his family to visit his home town. We've spent pretty much everyday of the week together and they've all been wonderful. Wel..yesterday we were just layin there and I told him that a friend at work mentioned the term "absense makes the heart grow fonder" and that I thought about it and it really is true. And I explained to him thats its not that I love him more or less when he left but going through what it was like without him I now feel like I should stop taking things for granted like I did before. (Meaning spending less time being happy with him.) And that I wanted to be with him all the time. I asked him if he felt the same and he said no.that he always wanted to be with me and that he feels the exact same for me as he did before he left. Then he just wasnt acting the same the rest of the night and drove me home in silence. Did I say something wrong? Help.

If they fight 50 / 50 chance they die. If they won't fight they are
hanged, drowned, shot or killed in other ways. They get no
brakes to rest. nothing to kill the pain. Not even a drink of
water. They often get dumped beside the road dead or too
chewed up to even crawl. If we have a hart then we all hate
that correct?
Now one more question. What is your stand on abortion?
Are ALL of our harts where they should be. Do we really have
our priority in order. Is needles killing in any form not wrong?

Do you ever get the feeling that you were born at the wrong time ????
I really think I should have been born (maybe it was a former life) back a 100 years , would have hung out with Annie Oakley or dated Jessie James, Lived in Deadwood. Riding horses and working the land with my 2 hands.. Its really weird sometimes.

A few nights ago, I had a dream where I was walking around in a dark, foggy cave, with a bunch of other people. Everyone, including I, was wearing white robes, with odd, curtain-ish fuchsia sleeves. I knew, in my dream, that everyone around me was mormon, my family's religion.

For some reason or another, I ripped off the sleeves, and the white robes turned into an beautiful sleeveless white dress, with silver sparkles on the edges.

Everyone in the cave turned away from me, and ignored my presence.

I spoke, particularly to a man with short grey and white hair in front of me, who was their leader. I was speaking in a loud, booming voice, much unlike my own.

I said "You dareth ignore me? Turn away, ashamed? If your 'God' is real, then he would be saddened by what you doeth."

And then I awoke.

It was very weird, and I'm not sure what it means, but for some reason it stuck in my head, and I can recall specific details easily.

What do you think it means?
